Tough scene today at this Bojangles location. This is my first time leaving a bad review for any establishment. This one is well-deserved though.
We waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru for food. When we got to the window, I had to repeat my order three separate times to three different people. I waited at the window for 10 minutes just to be told to pull forward to wait for another eight or so minutes. Workers were on their phone in the kitchen. It looked like no one had a clue what was going on.
For context, I only ordered two combos. Very simple order.
Anyway, I understand that we shouldn’t expect top quality service at fast-food restaurants, but this was a poor showing. No sense of leadership or direction in sight at this location.
I would avoid this location, if possible. I won’t be coming back.

They would not honor my Bojangles gift card. The manager claimed they weren’t set up to process it! I informed her that the Mt. Pleasant store was able to honor the gift card with no problem. So, I messaged the corporate office twice, but they failed to respond. Next step will be the SC attorney general’s office or consumer complaint division. Not a great way to keep a loyal customer.

Hands down the worst fast food experience in chs. It’s a miracle this place is open, do not go. It’s he workers literally will pass a blunt through the drive through to their friends in line. It’s awful. Took me 30 minutes in an empty line. Finally the guy cooking the food finished his blunt next to the dumpster and slowly walked in to cook my food. Don’t go there but def apply if you are looking to do zero work

If I could give it zero stars I would. The kids working there are not getting very good training for what it’s like to work in the real world. They were on their phones, out smoking on the sidewalk. And cutting up with customers needing service. They didn’t have any chicken breasts. I ended up with 2 wings. Seriously?! No meat on wings. The biscuit was hard as a rock. There were no lids to match my cup. The lids were mixed in one slot. large and small- The tables were dirty and there were dead flies on all the window sills!!!! Somebody needs to shut this place down.

This place is joke! I’ve been a long time Bojangles supporter and this location makes me want to end my support. My order is ALWAYS wrong and the service is terrible. I don’t think individuals working there know how to read and they definitely don’t have any manners! This location needs serious help and resources or it needs to shut down. You are losing money running it the way you are now!

Yeah! This place is awful! Multiple health code violations! Lazy unconcerned employees. I’m still waiting for my test results! Avoid this place at all costs!! This is not a place for eating.

Literally just waited 45 minutes in a drive through line of maybe 6 cars. Food was cold, and large fries filled up half way. Will NEVER go back
Horrible. I couldn't tell what piece of chicken I had. There was so much flour and breading that the meat was 4 inches down. Also, chicken was old. Construction being done all around premises. Never again this bojangles.

Sitting here waiting in restaurant for 40 minutes for 3 biscuits. Out of sweet tea. Got two of the 3 biscuits and one of those was wrong. Still waiting. Never will come here again.
