The food is amazing! The same thing cannot be said for the service. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from this location they forget something on my order. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go and ask for the missing item, no matter how patient or polite, I’m greeted with agression and attitude. I would like to say that this energy has never come from a cashier, it’s ALWAYS someone in the kitchen. I kid you not I have been yelled at by someone STANDING IN THE KITCHEN for simply asking for my missing sauce. If your employees are going to get agressive and loud with the customers, please ask them to come to the counter.

Absolutely loved it, the customer service made me feel like l was genuinely welcomed. Fried chicken with bacon jam was a perfectly crisp delight. Fries was homemade as they should be. Good music by the way.
It took me 7 years of living here before I finally tried out BB's. That's unfortunate because it has some of the best chicken sandwiches I've had. Excellent!
Placed a takeout order for the chicken tender basket and they forgot the drinks and fries. Had to go back inside. When I got home the chicken tenders were so tiny it was disappointing. They were the size of my pinky finger. Assumed the agave buttermilk was ranch and boy was I wrong bc that was so gross. Would not recommend getting the chicken tenders.

You can never go wrong with this place. I had the not so waffle chicken sandwich. YUM. The bacon jam was a bit heavy, but other than that, divine. Also grabbed some fried pickles and green tomatoes. Neither were my fav but I love the crunch and crisp they get on them.Update: got the chicken nuggets today!! SO yum. Some of the best breaded chicken nuggets I've ever had.
