Brick Lane catered our wedding of 50+ people at the end of March. I knew I wanted "elevated" Southern food. At the tasting, we were allowed to try several different options to narrow down the menu. We ended up picking 3 hors d'oeuvres (chicken & waffles, fried green tomato bites, pimento cheese biscuits) and 3 small-plate stations (chicken confit with grits, smoked mahi-mahi with salad, mac & cheese bar). They also accommodated my request of no beef or pork....
Brick Lane catered both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. From the tasting on they were so helpful and offered great recommendations. The food was delicious and we received many compliments from guests.
