Its fast food. It'a not bad fast food, but it's fast food.

Finally someone put this dying, horrible, disgusting mess of a franchise out of its misery. This location has been shut down, CLOSED, CLOSED, CLOSED! I GUESS THERE IS A GOD

Hoping that Burger King at 1804 Sam Rittenberg Blvd west of the Ashley will reopen with a new franchise owner and competent management and staff. It’s a great location and has the potential to do well with the right operator.

Went to this Burger King tonight! September 30th girl at window was very nice and pleasant but I didn’t get what I ordered and the food I received was HORRIBLE! Never going back

Took 10 minutes to get them to take my order at the drive through. Another 10 to get to the window. Paid, and got my drink. 5 minutes later the server came and told me they were out of what I ordered. After I had paid. Terrible service, lack of management, and bad food quality. I come to a burger king for fast food and it takes 30 minutes to get anything. And they don't even get you what you order...

Closed. Not open. Several Charleston Area Burger Kings Closed. Not anything else to say. Closed by visit and in Newspaper. Old Trolley road Burger King excellent and still open.

This Burger King is closed. It's got to be pretty bad when Burger King doesn't even realize that they've not only misspelled the street name where their business is located, they've got the wrong street number. It's 1804 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard - or at least it was. Sadly, it's closed.

You need to visit this Burger King once. That will be enough to cause you to never return. The staff is poorly trained and unprofessional (I don't expect top flight service, but it'd be nice if the staff didn't act annoyed by the presence of customers). They always claim to be out of one thing or another and what they claim to be out of often seems arbitrary and not entirely true. Something there is always broken (the door, the soda machine, etc.). And, perhaps most importantly, you will wait for a stupidly long time. As far as fast food goes, Burger King is all right, but this particular franchise is the birthplace of wasted time and frustration. Whoever owns it doesn't care about anything at all. But do yourself a favor: visit it at least once, because this review and the others like it below don't do justice to how ridiculous the experience really is.

They gave us the wrong order and gave the woman behind us our order (we had hers too) so I got to meet a super nice lady! But yeah. Super disorganized. They were on their phones with bags on bags in the drive window.

The impossible burger or whatever its called is actually excellent, if expensive. Very slow at lunch time

Impossible Whopper tasted just like they say it does. You can't tell the difference. The bun was hard around the edges like it was sitting out or too long under the heat lamp. If only Burger King took as much pride in their appearance of their restaurant or the efficiency and professionalism of their staff like Chick-fil-A does. The restaurant had trash all over the tables, the bathroom was gross, and the staff was almost too busy laughing and joking with each other, playing on their phones, and even throwing french fries at each other while I waited for my order patiently.

I tried Burger Kings new Impossible Burger. Since in my opinion I never got to really get a good taste of the original Whopper because all the condiments and bread drowned out the taste of the meat. With that said I found the impossible burger extremely close to the taste I got from the original Whopper. The texture was a little different around the edges but it gave me a pretty good sensation of eating meat. Bottom line it was still Burger King with the same Burger King taste. I liked it.

Genuinely terrible. told the drive-through person I needed a minute to look at the menu, she said order whenever you're ready. Then she left. Never came back. Waited for several minutes while the line forms behind me, then decided it wasn't worth it and went to McDonalds. Thanks for nothing.

Food was good, lots of lettuce and tomatoes the way I like it. Service was slow, trianing day from the way it looked. I will go back the next time the flavor for the wopper hit.

I honestly have no idea how this place is still open. Both times I've ever tried to go I waited 5 minutes in the drive through before anyone even answered the speaker. And both times they just said "sorry we can't take orders right now". Mind you this is prime dinner hours and weeks apart. They're just lazy.
