Second interaction I walked in wanting to get an espresso martini, and because I guess I didn't look like the crowd, it took at least 10 minutes with bartenders looking at me and not servicing didnt take till I brought my camera out and started reviewing till I got service
I came here with my mother for afternoon tea, and we really enjoyed the experience. The tea was good, and the food was really very good. The room was beautiful, and the hostess explained everything very well. I cannot wait to bring my daughter-in-law and granddaughter here.

The service was spot-on, very attentive, and our server Steven made sure we had everything we needed, and more, in a timely, very professional manner.
We had the Earl Grey and the Darjeeling teas - both were very good.
The manager Mae stopped by to check in, which was lovely.
Everything was really nice, pretty, and yummy. We will be adding this to our Charleston visit traditions!
The restaurant is so cute with the decor and pink hues (although it definitely needs a facelift— you can see a lot of damages and scuffs on the walls). Great spot for photos with the girls. Teas were good but I have to say this is the most disappointing food experience I’ve ever had at an afternoon tea experience. A lot of the food was downright stale and you could tell most things were nowhere near fresh. Not worth the money. It’s just cute.

While the atmosphere & personnel are excellent, if you have dietary restrictions (ie vegetarian, no gelatin, etc) this is not worth it and doesn’t cater to dietary restrictions. The teas are good but the food does not hold up if you have a dietary restriction or allergens. I would not recommend for an afternoon tea.

Such a gorgeous little place. Amazing atmosphere and service. Drinks are pricey but delicious. Perfect for pre dinner drinks with the girls.
Great service and very cute venue. However, this is not a normal afternoon tea, with scones and sandwiches, despite the printed menu. It's 1 course of chilled canapés and 1 course of sweets and a mini-scone. My mom and I went out for pizza afterward because we were not satisfied. This would be best for a snack tea between lunch and dinner.

We came here on a mother-daughter Charleston trip and it felt like all of our dreams of the numerous tea parties we would have when I was a kid came true and were far greater than my imagination. Such a special place! I felt like I was in a mixture of Barbie & Bridgerton! Aimee and Tyler made our experience flawless. Aimee was attentive, warm, and welcoming. Stellar service!
