my food took about 35-40 minutes to arrive then when I got my food the order was wrong, the food was burnt and it was cold. every order was wrong that I had. I recommend to not buy from here. no discount was added

Just plain terrible service. I got there an hour before they closed and they just turned all the light off and hid in back while me and other cars sat outside. This one has sucked for years. I don’t know why it’s still open.

Never eat at this place. The food was trash and the staff came from the same dumpster. The prices was crazy and when asked about it. Some bald no hair on the side having person, I guess a shift leader has the nerve to catch an attitude and threaten me. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Food taste like the grease ain't never been changed. Don't waste your time here.

I went to pick up an order at 9pm and they were all out side talking and just smoking. Went to walk inside and the lady yelled at me they were closed I said no cuz I have a order to pick up. She looked back and said no we are closed. Showed her my phone and she went "man hold on" came back outside to tell me to drive to the window! They were so busy they didn't see my order so I had to wait for them to make it. Oh and to top it off as I was waiting they were taking orders in the drive thru?? Y'all just told me you were closed for the night! Imma need y'all to do better... ?
Every time I go here I’m treated like I’m an annoyance and the employees seem angry. The past few times I’ve visited, the lines were backed up, my food order was wrong, and they were out of sauce. They need to attend chickfila boot camp and get Their act together.

The Captain D’s in West Ashley is wonderful. My wife and I eat there weekly. Semone is very friendly, always ensures our food comes to us hot and fresh, and makes our dining experience really positive. We highly recommend Captain D’s to anyone who wants a fast friendly, seafood meal at a good price.
