I am being generous because the person who gives me my carry-out order is always very pleasant. My most recent order contained no hush puppies; in its place was one smooshed, old lobster bite. My impression from the deteriorating state of the building is that the business is being kept barely alive in the hopes that the property can be sold.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. The people inside are super lazy and just kept playing around while people are lined up waiting. They charged me $20 for almost no food. I got home and it looked like some of my food was bitten into. This place needs to be shut down. I’m calling someone.

Need front counter help very over whelming for the one counter girl and she ran drive through also food sat under heat lamp and one customer who was sitting in dinning room at table when we first came into restaurant was still not told food was ready and two sets of customers were eating before kitchen staff asked why didn’t customer get there food yet Cause she never told or enquirer if customer knew his food was getting cold or even ready communication on if your food is up and ready is not good .But must Hi Five Kitchen y’all did great 🫶🏼

Worst employees ever shut it down revamping this location won't save it how do you make some one wait for 20 minutes then give them a drink and make them park and wait longer for their order

Pulled up to drive through not busy at all and still had to wait for order to be taken currently over 30 minutes waiting these people really don't care about their jobs or people at all owner needs to revamp this location ASAP or shut it down i give up left the food

So I rarely get fast food, and I haven't had captain d's in years so I decided to I'd try it because they had these new garlic, butter fries. I pulled up to the window, and the manager looked like she was all by herself. But the food was very good, very hot, and the fries are Ah, really tasty.. The shrimp was good. I think the fish was actually chicken lol
but overall the food was really good and especially for the the person being there all by herself.She did a great job delivering the food hot and fresh as fresh as fast food.Can be!
