In West Ashley store, is horrible, Blk mold on the ceiling, A dead 🪰 on the table, all tables dirty, Lady behind the counter is discouraging people not too order there food, due to wait time 20mins, ink out on the cash register, can't read it, it's very disgusting 😳 Won't be back...

I happen to love Captain D’s but don’t live close to one. Whatever I’m in West Ashley I always go to this particular store. It struggles a little with time management but the food is usually pretty good and the last time I went it was awesome. But took a very long time to get to me.

I am being generous because the person who gives me my carry-out order is always very pleasant. My most recent order contained no hush puppies; in its place was one smooshed, old lobster bite. My impression from the deteriorating state of the building is that the business is being kept barely alive in the hopes that the property can be sold.
