WOW! What an absolute treat, by far the best Hazy IPA’s in the state. Right on par with some of the best hazy IPA’s in the world. TOP Notch! Keep making the sweet nectar!

These guys have the best IPAs in Charleston and great service too. We love their beer and hanging out at their taproom in our neighborhood. They went above and beyond to help us arrange a custom order for our wedding too!

While visiting Charleston for a guy's trip, we stopped by Charles Towne Fermetory for a little day drinking. The bartenders are very friendly and gave good suggestions on what beers to try. I had the Yacht Party, Extra Hellos, and Pacifica Pils. They were all great beers, and we bought beer to go. This is a cool place.

Had the Mars Express and Covercraft and both were great

Beer was mediocre and service subpar. It was nice that they had pinball games and foozeball for the kids, but when the machine took my son’s money at one of the pinball games, the bartender refused to refund him the money. It’s a small amount of money, that she should have been empowered to refund but said “these things happen sometime, there’s nothing I can do.”

Visit family in Charleston at least once a year. Coming from Vermont and this place has the best IPAs I’ve had in SC hands down. Highly recommend.

Was expecting better beer based on the Untappd reviews. It’s well crafted and the sours were their best beers but the IPAs lack the hop-bomb profile I’ve come to expect being from the Midwest. Cool spot, great service, and love the tasty partnership with Bok Choy Boy (though your clothes will smell like a kitchen when you leave as a result).

Fantastic beers, Gwapo sour and Sunrizer IPA are delicious and balanced. Bok Choy Boy drunk noodles, incredible! Just enough spice to give it a kick and super fresh veggies inside. Homemade dumplings with a scallion soy sauce, steamy and so so flavorful! My new favorite spot!

Great venue, friendly staff and quality, tasty beer. Love the hazy Sun Gazer.

This place is how a brewery should be. Cool spot with a tremendous variety of very very good beers. New favorite brewery in Charleston ??
