Recently had two bath remodels done, one tub for tub replacement and one bath tub to shower replacement. Overall we were very satisfied with the outcome. From the initial meeting with Derek who was very professional and was ultimately the reason why we went with CBE for the project. Justin, Harrison and Luke did a great job in the install and both bathrooms turned out really good. They were very respectful of our property, detailed and cleaned up each day and knew their trade. Lastly Deb in the office kept us in the know and was avail for any questions. I would highly recommend Charleston Bath Experts to anyone and would use them again for any future projects.

Paul & Harrison were outstanding ... They rock! The project could have been completed in one day. However, the suppliers sent the wrong sized base, which took a day to arrive. So, they could not continue on day two. They returned on the final day but could not complete the job because again the suppliers sent the wrong sized door. Now we have to wait to complete it after the New Year. That's a bit disappointing.

We discovered a few surprise foundational wood issues once they ripped out the old tub, and it didn’t phase them one bit. They fixed the issues with no problem, and kept me informed along the way. Any question or concern that I had, they addressed with ease and had solutions for. Exceptionally high quality work. Other team members were Deb, Brittany, and Brian who all were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and worked with my tight time frame. The manager even does a final walk through at the end to ensure I felt good about the project. Justin and Luke are your team for any bath remodel. They will be doing my other future bath remodels, no question about it.
