I have been meaning to write a review for this place, we had such a great time there on Sunday, May 4th. Kiet and Claudia were very friendly and helpful. Kiet took us in the back and showed us around. We chatted about spirits and tinctures and everything else for quite some time, he was very knowledgeable! Please visit this spot if you want to learn more about and enjoy the craft. We loved it here!! (Bonus pts for a fun cocktail menu)

My husband and I had a great evening at Charleston Distilling Co. We were served by the amazing Michelle and Kiet cooked some killer food! We got the sausage and smash burger with Greek fries and spring rolls and everything was super tasty. I would recommend the Blueberry Mojito too, it was delicious!

Hey there everyone. THIS PLACE HAS FANTASTIC FOOD IN THE BACK. We had such a great experience . Kiet is the chef Michelle was our great server. The food was spot in . We are loving this place. . Also you gotta try the warm rice pudding.

Truly enjoyed our tastings here. I had a tequila trio tasting and my husband had the vodka tastings. We loved them all in different degrees. Staff were friendly and inviting. There were lots of food offerings on the menu, but we weren't hungry. A great place to meet up with friends. It truly has it all! Can't wait to come back again.

Always such a warm welcome when you walk in the door, great bartenders and fantastic new chef continuing to make EVERY meal so delicious.

Our first visit to Charleston Distillery was when they were still in town. We loved it then. But now that they're out on John's Island, wow! What a setup! Mitch, the Chemist and brains behind operation, told us all about their new equipment and products. We tasted Carolina Reaper liqueur that was crazy yummy. And I loved my pecan old fashioned, which is made with another liqueur and their bourbon. The building is well appointed for indoor and outdoor seating and TVs. They now have a permanent food truck with a chef!! We'll be back -- we love it even more than the first time! 🥃

We hosted an event at Charleston Distilling Company last night and I cannot tell you how AMAZING the staff is, the venue is incredible, and the drinks were fantastic! Our guests had an amazing time and we would highly recommend you having your next corporate event there, or just doing the tour and tasting. Alison has an amazing team at Charleston Distilling. Alison was such a huge help when putting this event together, and was so easy to access for all planning and communication. I cannot thank the team enough at Charleston Distilling! We will for sure be back to do another tasting/tour event with them!

I had my son’s rehearsal dinner here and I couldn’t ask for a better and affordable place to have it! Alison was awesome, quick to respond to help with questions because I lived in Charlotte. Mitch was the drink master and had very delicious signature drinks! They were a big help! I received so many compliments.

Love the new location on John's Island. Great building, nice back patio. Fantastic craft cocktails & the guys working are awesome. In-house spirits are all really delicious (so much so that we took a mixed case home). Highly recommend!

PLEASE do away with the online ordering. It does not fit for a bar. Watching my drinks sit there without being notified, then watching others order directly through the bartender getting quicker service. Insane to order two beers and stand around waiting 10+ minutes.

Horrible customer service... the owner is very rude

Hope you like dogs on your tables. But don’t bring your own. Over priced drinks. Go across the street to Estuary.
