Last evening we were having dinner at the sports pub, and I witnessed an employee hit the back of a customer's chair at the bar that was kind of sticking out a little bit, and told him to move forward. So the customer complied and the employee kept badgering him trying to appear to pick a fight when the customer did exactly what he asked. The manager came by and also verbally was rude to customer. The customer tried to tell him what happened, stated he was sorry his bar chair was in the way. The manager then accused the customer of trying to pick a fight and told the customer and his friend to leave. We paid our bill and left to find severak workers outside in parking lot trying to "pick a fight" with same guy. The guy still apologized but they still kept on. We stepped in and told them just to go. They have now lost 4 customers due to the bulling of the staff. We went there alot to enjoy the games and great food, but not any more. I have never seen such rudeness.

My wife and I went here for the big Georgia/Texas game Saturday night. Our first time here and very surprised to find the place less than half full. Our waitress was nice, but would disappear for long periods of time, and then come back and chat with the other staff at the bar with her back turned to us. During the second quarter we saw a DJ start setting up a turntable and was told the manager hired him to perform that night. On college game night. At a sports pub. We left and will not be back. I'd be very surprised if this place is still in business this time next year.

I ordered six boneless wings. My server asked me if I wanted fries or onion rings. I asked if they came with the wings. He said yes. When my wings came, They were six of the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen. When I received my bill, the fries were an additional order. My Server, put went over on me. $25 later, I was Still starving. Not worth the money

It was our first time coming to this restaurant. The food was wonderful the environment was excited for a fellow football fan. The quality of the food was spectacular. I can also honestly say Collin is by far the best server I have ever had. He was consistent with our drinks, made great recommendations, he was fast and efficient, and very kind as well. Not very common do you see an employee work as hard as he did. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment for the food, environment, and customer service. Thanks for making our trip to Charleston, SC all the better.

We sat upstairs to watch the games on Saturday. Colin is hands down the best at Charleston Sports Pub! His service is top-notch, so friendly. Best service I’ve had in a while! Highly recommend asking for Colin when you visit!
