Charleys Cheesesteaks

Ordered a sub with extra meat. Got a sub with what I consider a normal amount of steak. A tiny amount of cheese, onions, mushrooms peppers… It’s called a cheese steak. You would think there would be a good portion of cheese, not at this place. My advice. Save your money and go somewhere else

I placed an order for DELIVERY @ 519pm. said delivery by 555pm. i am less then 4 miles from this establishment and I did not receive my order for over 140 min and still no food.
I will never order from this place again as this was my 1st and last experience with them. Then I called to see what could be done and no answer 4 times.

Pro: Quick, simple, to the point. Delicious Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich!

Cons: Let’s see—Not friendly. Wasn’t welcoming. To top it off, the employee was **Demanding** a tip—not once, not twice, THREE times!

**Maybe IF I was treated respectfully and promptly, I’d leave a little something. When it’s **Expected** forget it. Just say’n.

I’d already ordered and I was hungry. Only reason why I didn’t leave.

One and done though. The sandwich WAS tasty!

Coworkers and I went to the food court
in the mall for lunch. First time eating here. I ordered the California Chicken special, which comes with fries. The fries were good. I understand it's a special however the amount of chicken was surprisingly small. The sub bread had an usual taste. I don't think I will be returning.

The first thing when I walked up, the lady asked me what I wanted. Ask me if I wanted mushrooms on my order which mushrooms did not even come with my order I said excuse me can you pay attention to me? You were taking my order I want my order to be correct of course it was not, I asked for extra mayo did not get it extra extra tomatoes did not get it as you can see in the picture below the counters for you to sit your drinks on nasty and dirty. The young lady cooking my food wiped her hands with gloves on on her apron , when I asked her to change her gloves, the other young lady said it’s just an apron ma’am. I told her I did not care to please change her gloves. They proceeded to catch an attitude as they change gloves and proceeded to speak to each other in Spanish, as if I didn’t understand And when I told them what they were saying in Spanish, then they became quiet. Worst experience ever I will never come here again and don’t recommend anyone else to do so never had this experience ever.
