Every time I order, many food items are wrong and missing.
Why should we have to pay for people to mess up orders on a consistent basis. Every time.
Store has been reported numerous times, but nothing has ever been done for years.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I understand it's fast food and the job probably isn't great, but at little courtesy and manners should be given. I was there today around 330pm, and the lady working - black female, in her 20's maybe, and very long lashes, was just so unpleasant. No greeting. She made my food wrong and offered no apology. Just basic customer service was terrible. You could tell she didn't want to be there.
