This particular checkers location need some improvement in customer service because the staff has an attitude that does not meet checkers policy. If you can't control your attitude how can you provide satisfaction,? If you don't like your job you should have never applied.

I love Checkers. Well, I used to. I was so excited when one opened up near me. I have gone there multiple times and each time it has been so nasty. I have had some nice employees and some rude employees. Twice I had to ask them to give me my drink i paid for. Once I was told there was a 2 hour wait for food. food just isn't good and def not worth the headache at the drivethru. I keep hoping it's just a fluke but after multiple times i feel that is not the case. Don't waste your money.

On Oct. 5 at 1150pm I came to this location as its closest to my home and was informed that the $4 Unbeatable Meal Deal was no longer sold there by a young man or stud with VERY long locs. Which I found weird because 3nights ago I ordered the same by a young man who was sitting on the benches being chatty and took my order inwhich he was so distracted with his BF my order was wrong. I so wish the sexy thick guy with glasses was ALWAYS working as he is always pleasant even if he is having a rough day it never shows. Incidents like this makes me not ever wanna support this chain but I'll drive the extra 5miles to Dorchester Rd. as this Ashley Phos. location will no longer exist with wack service.

First time having Checkers! (Had Rallys in Midwest as a kid). The $4 deal was amazing, and the BBQ Jacked cheeseburger was phenomenal in appearance, cooking, and taste. Oh! And the onion fries with ranch! I'm now eating them daily lol. Cheap replacement for a down under restaurants famous bloomin' product.

I came to this location Because it’s close to my house I wanted to eat checkers tonight after getting off from work and I ordered a 5 piece bbq wing combo , I usually check my food before leaving but tonight I didn’t I was just so tired and ready to get home and eat and go to bed , instead I’m disappointed because I didn’t get bbq wings I got buffalo and im pregnant at the moment and can’t handle that type of spice right now , tried calling the store phone and it’s disconnected. Hoping to get someone to respond back to me. I usually don’t have any pro at this location ever and this is the 1st time
Last night around close to 12 am My fiance and I decided to come to this location. We ordered our food. When we got to the window. It was 3 black females in there cooking. The one that took the money was running her mouth, the short girl scratched her hair was the hand she had the glove on. The other girl had red dreads she was standing with her hands under her shirt. The music was blasting. They were very unprofessional. I didn't want my food cause why you handling food with no gloves on after touching the money?. The location was my favorite spot. I guess I'll try somewhere else. I hate that Checkers closed the one on Redbank in Goose Creek.

I just like checkers anymore I used to love it I used to travel all the way from 60 mi away to eat there I won't anymore employees are very very very disrespectful and rude have the time they won't even make your order if it's real late they just unveiling to work with you at all when they do put something in a bag you don't complain about it or what you get back after you give them your first order that was wrong is worse than the first order and it looks like it's been run through the ringer the way they bag stuff up is sloppy the way they make a hamburger anymore sloppy and with that mouth that they have it's a very displeasant experience and half the time if you're late night when they don't want to make stuff they'll tell you to just threw out the fries so they can't make your order okay you have to be here no 2 hours but you can't make my order okay cuz y'all don't have it right cuz you threw it out okay but that's what you get when you go there

I give the crew 5/5 for the food and accuracy. The 1 star is because of your use of AI in a drive thru service. Taking the human element out of ordering not only makes it harder for the order to be correct, but it shows that you are willing to cut corners to save a buck. Until you get rid of AI I won't be coming here again. Give my regards to the crew, they are the real mvps to have to deal with this malarkey on the daily.
