I ordered online a meal and a milkshake, and they just didn’t give me a milkshake. Took me asking for them to just say that it’s broken, didn’t even seemed pleased to give me a fricking drink. If they had tried to make it right with a another snack or something then fine but I paid for a milkshake and they stole my money. And the drink I ended up with didn’t even have any syrup in it, so it was just bitter. Ended up waiting so long for my food it got cold

other than the absolute horrid customer service, almost every time i have went they have screwed up my order. they gave me nuggets instead of my sandwich and they’ve given me grilled nuggets instead of fried. i am a student at CofC so this is one of few fast food places around and it is horrible. judging by the rest of the reviews i would say the operater of this location needs to get it together.

They are terrible. They treat all of the people on campus awful they yell your name at your face roll their eyes. They once denied me service. They catch an attitude about absolutely everything. They never say my pleasure or thank you or you’re welcome even when you’re super nice to them they want to add me service because I asked the girl if they had ice cream.

This place is always very busy. But the company understands how to do business. The staff is very responsive and delivers the food quickly. With so many customers, the food is always fresh and hot.
actually the worst chick-fil-a in the world expect to wait outrageous times for a fry or just sandwich. They simply do not care about the chickfila reputation and this is reflecting bad on chickfila and something needs to be done about it I will be reporting this location to the headquarters
Order here if you want to wait half an hour for One (1) sandwich. Makes it perfect for students who have a 45 minute break and want to quickly eat

There website is a lie the people work there fake nice and do not say my pleasure or say it in a scarstic and rude way this place is terrible and there is no seating and the building it self smells like a bathroom stall that is not be clean for several weeks . The food is terrible the only thing that is good is the milkshake except for the fact that milkshake is 12.00 but only it says four dollars terrible service avoid this place at all cost.
