You know when you're coming off a bad morning (where the dog pees all over the floor and your 2 toddlers are screaming about disliking the clothes they're wearing and you're just trying to get everyone out the door in time to get to work); then you tell yourself you deserve a chicken biscuit b/c it's just been a crap morning, and you can (almost) always depend on chick-fil-a employees to greet you with a smile and deliver you hot food. WELL NOT TODAY. I placed a mobile pick-up order. I got the message that my food was ready, then walked inside and stood there waiting at the designated pickup area. I smiled and made eye contact with 4 different employees and they just looked at me straight faced and walked right by. I watched them talking and still not acknowledging me. I waited and waited and waited .... to a point that another employee, ON HIS BREAK, who was sitting off to the side in the dining area eating his food; GOT UP. WALKED OVER. Asked "Are you Samantha?" I replied yes and he handed me my food that had been sitting behind the counter this whole time. I looked at him in disbelief that not one person had bothered to ask if I needed something, or even think to hand me my food that was sitting right there in front of them. I thanked him. He gave a nice "my pleasure" and walked back over to his table and went back to eating his food. I walked up to the team leader and said, "I would like to thank that young gentleman sitting over there, who had to interrupt his break while his coworkers were standing there talking and ignoring me."
To Robert (the employee that had to walk over and help) - I feel bad that you had to interrupt your break for the lack of effort in your teammates and team leader, but thank you, sincerely, thank you.
Rant over. Usually no problems, with Chick-Fil-A, but with everything this morning, and the blatant lack of effort and positivity from these employees was just enough to set me off... and then I got to eat luke-warm food when I got to work after it's extra counter time (yay).

This chick fila tech time I come is always an excessive wait time and the team members are not friendly. The Ashley Crossing location has really set the bar high. They’re super friendly, never a wait time no matter how long the lines are, and when ubering they have a whole section of the store dedicated to the Uber, DoorDash, etc. I really wish this location was more like Ashley Crossing. Maybe they should go observe how they do it at that one.

The dirtiest Chic Fil A I have ever seen…actually the only dirty one I’ve seen. It was filthy. Employees uniforms were dirty & gross. Not what I expect from Chic Fil A.

Arrived at 7:05 AM for breakfast as I normally do for work and the drive thru was closed. Inside closed as well. Store hours say they open at 6:30 AM but this appears to be inaccurate today 1/9/25

I didn’t get what I ordered or paid for. Could not eat it because I didn’t know how long it had been sitting. Make sure you check your order before leaving.

After repeated offenses, I’ve finally decided to write about how bad the Chick-fil-A on Savannah Highway is. I have never in my life left a bad review on a restaurant, and I never expected my first one to be about Chick-fil-A of all places.
This location never puts the sauce I specifically ask for in the bag. The first time it happened, I let it go—I didn’t notice until I got home, and I figured it was just a fluke. After all, it’s Chick-fil-A, and they’re supposed to be known for their attention to detail. So, the next time I visited, I didn’t even think to check the bag. Lo and behold… no sauce again. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.
But here’s the kicker: every single time I’ve gone back to this location, I’ve never gotten my requested sauces without having to ask again at the window. What’s the point of telling them when they’re clearly not paying attention? It’s frustrating because most frequent Chick-fil-A customers don’t feel the need to check their bag every time—it’s basic restaurant standard to include the sauce you request.
If you’re planning to visit the Chick-fil-A on Savannah Highway, just know that it’s a waste of time to trust them with your sauce order. You’ll end up asking at the window anyway because they blatantly ignore what you’ve already told them. This level of carelessness is disappointing and completely undermines the reputation Chick-fil-A is supposed to have.

I was here today for breakfast and order the egg white sandwich meal but on a biscuit, however when I got my food it was made correctly I called the store several times and got no answer so I decided to make my review. I drive for Carta so I couldn’t just turn around so please take that extra step to unsure us customers that the food will be correct when we leave
Don’t waste the time or money at this location. Go down the street to Boxcar Betty. Trust me.
Ordered food, come in to pick up and they have nothing to eat. People in the back don’t know where they are doing, after waiting for 20 minutes for our food. The manager refunded our order and was kind about it. No idea what the rest of this place is doing. Worst chick fil a experience hands down
