They are just scams! when ever I order Dine in / Take out or Delivery does not make any difference avery time they give my order one or 2 items missing in it! when you order anything check twice or more to make sure you get whet you paid.

I enjoy coming here for breakfast on Saturdays and have never had any issues. They are always consistent and friendly. This morning in particular, though, I quite enjoyed having Tommy take my order.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. My last FIVE orders in a row from this location have been incorrect. It’s either someone else’s food, missing items, or incorrect items. Pretty fed up at this point with this location. I live very close so it seems like a convenient meal, but I’m tired of paying money for a meal I can’t eat or not even getting the items I ordered. On top of the bad food, I’ve seen employees fighting with each other behind the counter, the restaurant seems unorganized and dirty, and employees don’t seem to enjoy working there. This restaurant consistently falls below the standard that Chick-fil-A has set for themselves. Don’t go here, it’s not worth spending your money. With the recent poor reviews, I’m surprised the operator isn’t making any changes. Go to the Magwood location, a much better experience and you will actually get what you pay for.

Have not seen it before but this Chick-fil-A had a feature to allow orders to be placed right from the table. Makes it a bit more like a table service restaurant. Pretty impressive.

I don’t know what’s happened to their fries, but we’ve been through the drive thru a few times over the last several months, and the fries have tasted stale. Maybe they are using old oil, or they are sitting too long under the heat lamp after frying? We are just extremely disappointed because this place is such a staple in our community. Can we do better?

Nice Chick-fil-A to grab some Chick-fil-A lol. Most are to be honest. Just nice people as always even if sometimes it's put on for the job. They always do a good job at accommodating and making sure you have the best experience while you are with them. The food was hot and ready as always and I just wanted to thank all that work at that location for making me have the best experience always

I was hankerin fer a fish Friday sandwich here in the south, and thought fer sure Chic-Fil-A would have the BEST Lenten Fish for me!
Uh, nope. Not enough requests for fish on a Friday during Lent.in Charleston, SC. (“The South”)
The place was packed during lunch, the drive through line out to the street.
In your area, ask for Fish Sandwiches from the biggest religious fast food chain in America! (Or open up on Sundays) lol

You know when you're coming off a bad morning (where the dog pees all over the floor and your 2 toddlers are screaming about disliking the clothes they're wearing and you're just trying to get everyone out the door in time to get to work); then you tell yourself you deserve a chicken biscuit b/c it's just been a crap morning, and you can (almost) always depend on chick-fil-a employees to greet you with a smile and deliver you hot food. WELL NOT TODAY. I placed a mobile pick-up order. I got the message that my food was ready, then walked inside and stood there waiting at the designated pickup area. I smiled and made eye contact with 4 different employees and they just looked at me straight faced and walked right by. I watched them talking and still not acknowledging me. I waited and waited and waited .... to a point that another employee, ON HIS BREAK, who was sitting off to the side in the dining area eating his food; GOT UP. WALKED OVER. Asked "Are you Samantha?" I replied yes and he handed me my food that had been sitting behind the counter this whole time. I looked at him in disbelief that not one person had bothered to ask if I needed something, or even think to hand me my food that was sitting right there in front of them. I thanked him. He gave a nice "my pleasure" and walked back over to his table and went back to eating his food. I walked up to the team leader and said, "I would like to thank that young gentleman sitting over there, who had to interrupt his break while his coworkers were standing there talking and ignoring me."

To Robert (the employee that had to walk over and help) - I feel bad that you had to interrupt your break for the lack of effort in your teammates and team leader, but thank you, sincerely, thank you.

Rant over. Usually no problems, with Chick-Fil-A, but with everything this morning, and the blatant lack of effort and positivity from these employees was just enough to set me off... and then I got to eat luke-warm food when I got to work after it's extra counter time (yay).
