I ordered food through the Chick-fil-A mobile app and selected curbside delivery. I waited 40 minutes in the parking lot and nobody ever brought my order. No communication, no updates — absolutely nothing. I finally had to leave with no food and a terrible experience. Completely unacceptable service for a company that claims to care about customers.

Quick service and good food in a mall food court. The employees are polite and on task. The food was hot and fresh. Chick-fil-A at its best!

I had a wonderful experience at my recent visit! I placed a curbside order and approximately 13 minutes later I received my order. But after about 10 minutes of waiting I received a call from Drew apologizing for my wait and letting me know my order would be out shortly. When Drew brought out my order he was very kind and again apologized for the wait, which was not too bad in my opinion. Then later when I opened my bag, I saw that a free cookie was placed inside! Best customer service I've received in a while!

I have never had bad food or service at any Chick-fil-A location until today. The mac and cheese was old and disgusting, the fries were made in old oil, the order took forever, and the counter was filthy so I can imagine how dirty the back was. I threw the whole order away.

Drive-thru using the Mobile App was Quick & Easy--Employees were Friendly--My Wrap & Dressing were Nicely Chilled & my Waffle Fries were Hot, Fresh & Tasty--
