Have now started the practice of grooming their cogs to become criminals by telling them to ask to keep your change when paying cash. I know because I asked the employee if that's what they were telling her to do. It's happening at all locations bet they net over 1k a day at every store now. Cute ehh? Makes the kids that work their look like the criminals when it's actually the ahytheads who employ them

I ordered a large Mac and cheese . I was charged 8$ and it’s literally only half full. My last 8$ and I get half a Mac and cheese and my Roomate picked it up so by the time I got I they were closed. If you don’t have enough Mac and cheese for a large don’t still make them pay 8$ that’s ridiculous and chick fila probably lost me as a customer for this one

I order a kids meal and a large fire when I got home and gave them to my nephew they were barely any fries in there and to the bottom it was just nun about burnt fries I was disappointed

I visited the location inside of Citadel Mall on Saturday and surprisingly my experience was horrible. I ordered 2 eight count meals and my food was old as if it was sitting. So I returned it in order to be remade and it seemed like the fries were placed back into the grease again. I was frustrated and requested a refund. Chick-fil-a typically goes above and beyond for their customers,but I guess that depends on the location.

Don't order from here. Everything is premade according to staff so if you have allergies good luck finding something to eat. U can't even eat a salad bc they all have cheese. The only location I have ever had this issue with
