The last two times I have went to this location my order has been wrong. In the past it was always correct to the point I never checked it before leaving the window. Disappointing.

Chick-fil-A has changed the batter on their chicken nuggets and obviously added starch straight up on their french fries that is disgusting and has now ruined my appetite for Chick-fil-A.

Food is fine, probably one of the slowest branches I’ve been too, best to just order at the restaurant, mobile thru takes forever and inside pickup even longer.

First time trying Chick-fil-a and was impressed at the sauces available. The Chick-fil-A sauce is very tasty and went well with the spicy chicken burger. However, the waffle fries need more seasoning in my opinion. Overall, pretty good experience and would come back 👍👍👍

Went for lunch with a friend. Although it was busy, the wait was pretty fast, the food was hot and delish. The staff were on the floor making sure the customers had what they needed and removing trash 😊

Here goes!
A few days ago I placed a catering order for my husband’s birthday- a nugget tray and a gallon of sweet tea, nothing too complicated. Today is the pickup day, so I get to this particular Chick-fil-A and pull up to the mobile order line since I placed the order through the app. I asked if I could still go through the mobile order line even though it’s a catering order because I was by myself with my sleeping 2 month old son. They radioed inside and were told I had to park and come in. I then asked if I could just park and someone could run it out to me since I prepaid and really didn’t want to wake up my sleeping son. I was again told I HAD to come inside to get it.
I get inside and waited at what looked like the catering station. A woman before me gets served with her catering order, then a “manager” looks past me and helps the customer in line behind me. Pretty sure it was the same manager who insisted I had to come inside, but I digress. She then walks away and does not come back. At this point I have been standing there for 5 minutes and my son is now wide awake and getting irritable. I decide to get in the normal line to see if they will help me. As soon as I am up next, BOTH cashiers walk away. I looked around, thinking I was on an episode of Punked. Ashton Kutcher doesn’t appear, but after a minute or so, an older cashier finally comes back. I tell him my catering name and he simply hands me the receipt (I prepaid, remember?) and walks away.
I then stood in the area where I was originally standing and after a few minutes, someone finally brings out my order. He sees that I have my hands full with the car seat and offers to walk it out to my car for me. WHICH IS WHAT I ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES EARLIER, IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE. At this point I am livid, so I wasn’t very polite to that poor guy, but I did say thank you once I got my son back in the car and grabbed the bag and the sweet tea.
To the manager who claimed I HAD to come inside to get the order, I really appreciated the 20 minute car ride to my husband’s work with a screaming baby in the back seat. I also found it ironic when I just took the online survey, that it asked how I picked up my catering order…like there was an option other than parking and going inside? Spoiler alert- one of the options was “went through the mobile order drive thru line”. All of this to say that I will NEVER go back to this location. However, shout out to the young girl employee working the drive thru who was empathetic and offered to walk inside and bring the order out to me herself but was told no, and to the guy employee who still ended up bringing my order to my car, even though that apparently wasn’t allowed.

they gave me a milkshake in a cup that had a dented top which caused the lid to screw up and then nearly half the milkshake launched all over my car
doesn't help that the cups are flimsy as hell
I hardly ever come to chick fil a to begin so this made it that much worse lmao
Team member fill my cup all the way to the very top grab it through the window top pop off drink waste all over me while heading to work🤬🤬
