they gave me a milkshake in a cup that had a dented top which caused the lid to screw up and then nearly half the milkshake launched all over my car doesn't help that the cups are flimsy as hell I hardly ever come to chick fil a to begin so this made it that much worse lmao

Please figure out already... No other location in the area misses a beat with mobile ordering. Almost every time I go to your location I have to immediately check my order and 9/10 I'm having to go back in and request the missing item which is sometimes rectified with a smile and other times accusatory. Then the times I forget to check I'm having to call and press option 4 to report to the staff to arrange to come back or wait 2 days for the item value to return to my app. I'm not the only person I know that struggles with the lack of accuracy at this location. I've provided feedback to corporate and I hope they provide you all much needed help.

Placed an order in the app for pick up, ordered a very simple order. Asked for extra honey roasted bbq sauce. Sent boyfriend to pick up food, and they didn’t give him the drinks I ordered so he had to go back. He comes home and the bag is filled with honey mustard. Not honey roasted bbq. Unsure where the miscommunication was when you’re literally reading off of a screen. Do better, CFA.

Today I was made to wait for my order (no big deal, I understand, that happens at a lot of chÃc fil as), I just expect my order to be right when I wait.
I got home and instead of a chicken biscuit, I was given some poor dude named Jacob’s burrito. So my husband has no breakfast.
I’m fine with missing pieces, no extra pickles, even missing sauces. But damn y’all. Get the main dishes right.

This is my second time at this chic fila, even more disappointed than the first. Somehow my order was bumped off the screen from my mobile check in. I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes being skipped over. Noone came to see why I was sitting at the front of the line for 6 minutes, I had to open my door and call someone over. When I asked for a manager that took another few. My resolution was "well your food is hot and ready now, that's what you wanted" no what I wanted was to enjoy my lunch break. When I asked what could be done in compensation for the clear mistake they made in jumping my order off Danielle said I could have a cookie... Or a brownie. And they forgot all my sauces and my straw!!!!! Would not recommend coming here if you expect the true chic fila speed and standard.

The past five times I have gone here, something has been missing from my order. Nice staff, but skip this location if you can. I’ve never had this problem at any of the others.
My order was cold I waited for 10 mins in line and the manager Ellie Pridgen was very rude and unprofessional. She spoke to me as if I was unintelligent, and would not replace my order after I waited in the drive through line for over 15 mins.

Only location I’ve been to where they still had someone outside taking orders when it was 28 degrees, instead of letting them take orders from inside. Ofc the big managers are inside and under the heater by the take out door. Appalling.

Not sure how many stars to give, but why are we getting rid of the play places? Made a mobile order to come have some time with my toddlers after a 3 hr doctor appt only to be disappointed that there is no play place. I know this seems illogical to some, but we plan our days around this. Just wanted to put this out there for other parents to know the play place is gone from this location.

I came to Chick-fil-A today and as I was leaving I got a refill on my drink, as my girlfriend didn’t want a refill because she hadn’t drank much. We were walking back to the car when a worker came to make sure we got everything we needed, especially my girlfriend, making sure she didn’t need a refill or anything. I believe the workers name was charlotte. She went above and beyond to make sure we walked out of there satisfied.
