Used to love Chick-fil-A but since some months ago you can see difference on the quality of the chicken they used.

I have never had issues with this Chick-fil-A’s food in the past, but today was unfortunately my last straw with this location. I understand Chick-fil-A is one of the busiest fast food restaurants and that mistakes can happen. However, this mistake is unacceptable, especially from the kitchen staff: serving undercooked chicken. I ordered a regular Chick-fil-A sandwich. A few bites in, I bit down on something hard and gummy. When I looked at the chicken, I realized that part of the filet was visibly raw. I immediately stopped eating and felt nauseous. This isn’t just an inconvenience, it’s a serious food safety concern and a health risk. Undercooked chicken can cause illness, and there should be stricter checks in place to make sure the chicken is fully cooked before it is served to customers. I’m not writing this review to ask for a refund or compensation. I simply will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A location, and I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their food preparation and quality control procedures so this does not happen to anyone else.

This place has declined so much over the years. Why am I paying you for a 5 count for my child and only receiving 4 in the box? This has happened on several occasions. In the past, I’ve had them correct it…but after seeing that they did it again today, along with not giving me the extra eggs that I paid for in my salad, I just didn’t have it in me. Speaking of the salad… I really could have saved my money: it’s literally a bed of lettuce with chicken sprinkled on top and barely any of the other toppings. What irritates me the most is the fact that I had to pull up and wait 5 minutes for this. Which has also seemed to become the new norm. I really do hope that the new location performs better than this, because I am over this one.
Look, when I come out here to work, I eat at this location. She may just be trying to be professional, however there's still a prejudice aura around her words and I am really sick of it. My buddy and I go to this location on our break, he is Caucasian and I am African American. They always greet him and never acknowledge me. At first I didn't care. But now every time. I'm never eating here again. Even though one person that decides not to eat here is not a big deal to you guys however I believe it should be investigated.

Decided to give this chick fila one more chance. We have had two delivery orders completely incorrect leaving out whole meals and they would not give me my money back so it had been a while. Today we ordered curbside pick up. The sandwiches were amazing, but when my daughter went to eat her fruit cup, it was full of mold. I was unable to reach anyone at the restaurant or leave any info regarding this on the mobile app, but was hoping posting on here would help them to do better! When you pay $20 for a fast food meal you expect it to be perfect!

So today I ordered breakfast on the website around 10:12am. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 and when i came to the counter i was told that they could see my order on the screen but it was never made and I wasn’t able to get my breakfast. I drove here for nothing. I signed up for the Chick-fil-A one program and loaded it with money to buy a breakfast that I wasn’t able to eat. This is bad business pure and simple. This isn’t something I’d expect from Chick-fil-A but guess this particular store doesn’t care about customer service or their customers time. I was really looking forward to my breakfast I’ve got a 10 hour shift ahead of me today. Thanks for much guys

Excellent Chick Fil A, my chicken nuggies are always hot and fresh. Service was outstanding, Kaia took my order and was outstanding. I will be back to this Chick Fil A
