Every single order I have ordered via mobile thru has been incorrect. This location is also extremely unorganized and takes forever to get your order to you once you arrive.

I was so excited for this location. But I’ve been twice and each time has been a disaster when it comes to quality control and expoing. Service is extremely slow, and my order is always messed up. First time I got all completely wrong sauces. None of which I ordered. And I got screwed on my hashbrowns. Looked like someone took a handful. Second time, some sauces were correct but I didn’t get everything I asked for. Soup came with double tortilla strips, no saltines, I asked for saltines. I got no straw for my drink. My drink was a fifth of the way empty when I received it. Got screwed on my fries. I will make sure I check my bag going forward at this location because it is ALWAYS incorrect!!

Yelled at a drive-through employee for something that was completely my fault didn’t realize it until after I left the employee handled it with complete professionalism A+

Really nice Chick-fil-A, great food like most Chick-fil-A's and I'm guessing since it's new, wasn't busy when I went. The parking lot is a maze, that's the only negative I saw.

Went today for opening day and it was awesome! Service was great, everyone was super friendly, and our food was perfect. A super kind worker even helped me get our bag of food to the car, my hands were a little full with three kids.

Came this morning, opening day. Got my son a breakfast sandwich in the order on the bag was correct and the Sticker wrapped around the sandwich was my correct order but when you open the sandwich, it was a chicken sandwich instead of a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich.
