Came in today to pick up my order and it’s has said it has been ready for 20 minutes. The order is not out so I asked an employee and they didn’t even look for it. Kind of disappointed. They’ve had plenty of time to make the order and i would think that it would be ready. I asked a few times and they never went back to check. I waited with three other people that were waiting for an hour. While people in line were getting served. Are we supposed to be able to walk in and get our orders quickly or wait while everyone else around us is being served? What is the point of an order? When my order was finally ready. The employee proceeded to fill an order cart instead of bringing out what she had making everyone wait and crowd around to find their order. She could’ve easily brought out a few at a time and loaded the rest while they were making the orders. As I was leaving, I heard someone announce that after the last person in line, they were shutting down and that they’re not making any more orders. What time do you close?

Placed an order over an hour and a half ago and we still haven’t gotten it. We’ve tried calling and can only get a robot who doesn’t let us get to talk to a real person. It’s now reaching nearly 2 hours since we placed our order. We just want our money back and can’t even get that.

Update: after 2 hours of waiting they randomly cancelled our order. Wish I could rate this store 0 stars.

Came in around 8:30. Mind you they don’t close till 11. Me and my boyfriend waited for about 10 minutes before they took our order as we were standing there at the line but they were making other to go orders which I get but like take a second and take the peoples orders who are in line. My boyfriend ordered his first, 3 soft tacos. I said I was the exact same thing and the man literally put my order in a bowl. Whatever it is okay I had him put it on the side. No biggie. We asked for a large queso and the young man (who was actually the most kind out of everyone) said they don’t have enough to give us a large queso. Told them alright then don’t worry about it. As I am waiting for my food and it’s being made in front of me, the women on the register (who has a terrible attitude, which it seems like other people have reviews about her) told her coworkers that they will be taking no more people. They were also out of the honey chicken and that they were not going to be making more. I asked for a drink cup and they said nope. Out of that too. My boyfriend asked “so are you guys just low on stock” the same lady proceeds to WITH ATTITUDE that “they run out when people order stuff” like what 😭 i literally work in a restaurant and have people come in and sit down 20 minutes before close and still provide the same service as i do the people who come in earlier. This lady needs fired as her attitude makes the atmosphere in there terrible!! Where is the manager??? Anyways, don’t recommend!!!!

Food was good. Stopped in on 3/2 at 2:45pm. Absolutely horrible attitude from the employees. Acting as if we inconvenienced them for simply having to do their jobs.

I won’t be returning to this location again. They didn’t have brown rice. They didn’t have guacamole. They didn’t have chips. How do you run a restaurant with several of your key items missing? Not the workers faults, clearly this location is badly managed. Disappointing. Overpriced and insufficient.

I don’t know how this place could possibly be any worst. Every employee there is an extremely rude, sad, pathetic excuse for customer service. The portions are always small, the place is always dirty, and the people who work there are extremely aggressive and hate people just for going to their place of work. I have no clue how this place is still open.

if I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve never gone into this location without having to deal with someone’s attitude. The last two times I’ve gone in they’ve charged me extra for the dressing even though I get a salad. Genuinely the least inviting atmosphere on King. I wish I caught the name of the woman on the cash register because she’s always such a… bundle of joy.

EDIT: went again and they were only accepting online orders so I placed one and was charged 2.60 for guacamole that was not on my salad. Also no dressing. Last trip to this location.
