On 12/13/25, we ordered online and it said the order would be ready by 5:10. However, once I arrived, I still had to wait nearly a HALF HOUR for them to finish a 2-burrito order.
While waiting, the serving line helped at least 30 people. If an order ahead order has been placed, it should be prioritized to be completed by the deadline.
The fountain drink station had already run out of CO2 and it was 5pm..... Even the bathrooms were out of order......

I went in at 10:45pm. There are 2 people at the store, but they said it's closed, even though the website and the door say it is open until 11 pm. Terrible store. It does justify why this store has a rating of 2.4

I don't recommend anyone to go to this store.

Why do I do this to myself. No white rice or sour cream. The food was old. I still got some as I was craving the guacamole. The service was absolutely terrible from the moment I walked in and left. The place was dirty. Workers standing around doing nothing but chatting about their day. They all need to be fired and place needs to be condemned until it's hosed down with disinfectant!

Easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, which is sad considering it’s so close to my office and I love Chipotle. They have no concept of operating efficiently. Wait times are always longer than necessary. I’ve placed an online order multiple times and had to wait 20+ minutes on an order, even when it says it’s ready in the app, due to the folks in the back having so many orders. The frustration here is that the line in the front of the store will be empty, yet God forbid they move orders along when they can by supplementing back of house with front of house when they can. Additionally, the floors are rarely clean. It’s a crap shoot on whether you’ll have a well-rolled burrito or not, just depends on who’s working and how much they care to do their job well. And, the napkin/utensil station is almost always a mess.

I go there often but tried ordering through uber eats and it took them one hour and 10 minutes even to prepare the bowl for pick up. Absolutely ridiculous. The management of this location is terrible chipotle should revoke their franchise or give to someone else. They are also always running out of sides like salsa and corn.

We only got chips and salsa as well as soft drinks, but the Pico de Gallo was excellent, and the location on King Street is hard to beat.

It was a terrible experience. As I love to visit this establishment in other cities, I always order through the app come and pick up my order. Here I did also. My order was canceled ready, but I could pick it up only after an hour. They were very slow to release orders, there was a queue. While one person made orders, the other employees walked around like drowsy flies, talking, laughing and doing nothing to speed up the delivery.
This place I definitely do not recommend!

This is the absolute worst chipotle I have ever been into. The girl working at the front huffed and puffed the whole time and instead of going and getting more ingredients for the line, she would just tell customers that they were out of it. She proceeded to make my bowl at the speed of a snail. She waited until I got to the register that there were no spoons or forks left as I was planning on eating there. I am a pretty chill person but this whole experience was absolutely ridiculous and everyone working there needs to be fired.

AWFUL. My friends and I came here after a long day of shopping for a little break and some yummy food. NO. We get in there and start ordering and this lady is slamming stuff around, rolling her eyes at us, and overall just extremely rude. We get our food, and the rice is uncooked and the steak was hard. The soda fountain wasn’t working so the only thing offered to us was water. Keep in mind, the cups we were given were DIRTY and had black specs all in it. EVERY single table in there was dirty. The trash was overflowing and NASTY. They were out of multiple basic things and we were informed about it by the lady screaming at us. You decided to work here and serve us so if you don’t want to do that then quit.

Worst chipotle on the planet. Garbage quality food that gave me food poisoning (super dirty place as well), staff was SO mean, out of everything. Avoid if you value your health.

Got there at lunch time and they had no cheese, Pico, chicken, regular steak, soft drinks, chips, etc. I almost felt like the employees got a kick out of all the denials including the restroom that the code didn't work for. The whole place felt gross and I'm officially done with Chip. I just hope I don't get sick. Management must be nonexistent and it set me back $20.
