Would give zero stars if I could. Walked in just after 8pm (store closes at 11pm) and it was a disaster. So unclean with food, napkins everywhere. There was a huge line of customers and only 1 employee working the service line. He was working his butt off while another (useless) employee stood at the register and didnât help at all. They were out of so many things and started telling people to just leave because they were out of food. How are you out of food when you have 3 more hours of service? Will never go back to this location again. Do better

Worst chipotle location ever. I love this chain too. Super unfortunate.
Tried to plan ahead and place an order for 1:40pm pickupâŠI get it things can run late but I had to be at a work event at 2pm. I waited until 1:55pm and then had to leave, going empty handed and hungry to my event that went until 4:30pm. My order ended up being done at 2:07pm. I tried to speak with someone inside after waiting 15 mins incase anything could be done and nothing was. Just awful when you try to plan ahead and then end up having to go hungry due to food being 27 mins late for an order ahead meal.

This location is like a bad ex girlfriend - you keep going back knowing you shouldnât. Lazy staff, incorrect orders (if you get it at all), and a filthy interior. By far the worst Chipotle in the Charleston area. Iâm not sure who runs this place, but a serious shake up is needed. Always hopeful, consistently disappointed.

Ordered on DoorDash, waited for hours and had 5 different drivers total. They gave my order to someone else and refused to remake it once hearing it was given to the wrong person. Tried to call to see what the issue was multiple times but itâs a robot and was a huge waste of time. Never got the food, and will not be ordering from here again since they did not ask for a confirmation from the driver to confirm it was the correct person.
I should have looked at the reviews prior to buying lunch here. I got a chicken bowl and 30 minutes after eating it I had to run to the bathroom because I was defalcating pure liquid. I have a clean diet and donât have stomach or colon issues and my stomach made noises Iâve never heard before. Pretty sure I have food poisoning. This place should be closed down.
