Bacon egg and cheese sandwich was terrible. While there's a lot of room for improvement, I don't think anyone there gives a bovine squat. Worst morning breakfast at the Charleston airport. Avoid if you like yourself.

The buns were good, gooey and sugary. I guess that is what we expected, so no surprises. Prices are low. This is not a fancy bakery, just part of a big chain. We were happy enough.

Make sure to check the dates on the cinnamon rolls they hand you. We noticed the dough was dry and the cinnamon stuff was slimey. While advertised “baked fresh daily” we were given 3 days expired cinnamon rolls. They switched them out no problem. But still a hassle we shouldn’t have had to deal with, especially when we live 40 minutes away

Didn’t know it was inside the gas station but they still have a very nice sitting area inside and the atmosphere is nice to sit and eat. The food is obviously amazing. The coffee is great! George who was serving me was such a great employee. They are lucky to have him. He set me up perfectly for a breakfast get together I was having. Will be coming back.
The Cinnabon Charleston, SC airport location is conveniently located on the way to the gates. The service was rude- no good morning, just what do you want. When I said Mocha, I was told they don’t have coffee. They should’ve announced that so I didn’t wait in line for 10 minutes. Won’t be back to a Cinnabon.

WOW ? just WOW Ms. Mercedes deserves a promotion. I went to the Northwood Mall N. Charleston location and their service was ZERO literally they embarrassed me for asking to redeem my birthday coupon and harassing me and all I said was “the email only says to show you this” and tall skinny girl that works there and another Asian woman just harassed me in front of everyone but when I asked for their names they didn’t tell me. However, I called this location and spoke with Ms. Mercedes and asked if I can redeem my birthday coupon and that I had horrible experience at the other location she immediately said “sure come on in I got you” I came and saw the warmest smile in the world and the best customer service from Ms. Mercedes ❤️ thank you for making my day better with an awesome customer service you truly deserve the world
