Very cute in the heart of downtown. Save yourself the trouble of street parking and find the parking deck. After about 45 minutes of trying to find one and another person taking my spot, I was over it. But shout out to the vendors.

Wish there were a little more variety. A lot of basket weavers and jewelry. The street shops were good too.

Not a fan of the customer service at the cookie place but the ice-cream was ahmazing!

A huge flea market that they call City Market Grocery. It has several merchants and a variety of eateries. It's also conveniently located in the middle of downtown.

Would give 0 stars. Bought a large tea which was literally just a Bigelow tea bag and hot water for about $5 and they gave me decaf without asking for it, said that was all they had but didn’t tell me that when I bought it. They didn’t even put an extra tea bag just extra water and wouldn’t give me another bag when I requested one. So the extra water in the large tea supposedly costs extra? Ridiculous. Don’t buy anything from these people

$45 to park legally for 4 hours is money I would've spent at the market. Somebody's making a killing on the parking. Love Charleston but will not be returning as much anymore.

Amazing coffee and they have the Dubai chocolate strawberries! Definitely stop by their cafe too across the street. The owner is also the nicest person. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing market…. Something for everyone no matter the age. If someone could please help it would be wonderful. I was here June 1st- 4th and that Sunday we came across a guy that was selling sport cards, we looked for him everyday before we left and we never could find him again. We really would love to get his information and purchase a few of the cards he had for our son if they’re available.

Is it wrong if I say because of Gitas and candied nuts? Jk I’m from Philly but Charleston has been my home away from home for 27 years. Its historic and artistic and your supporting local companies and artists

Today purchased the dubai chocolate bar. We asked specifically if it was made fresh there and she assured us it was. When we got home and sampled it , it was nothing even close to what a genuine dubai chocolate bar was supposed to be like. The kanafe was not crispy and the pistachio cream wasn't even creamy , it was dry . Very disappointed.

A nice quiet cold Sunday morning. Still had a good group of vendors for not being in the tourist season. The vendors that we interacted and purchased merchandise from today were all polite and enjoyable to talk with. I’m a local, and rarely do I get the opportunity to come into downtown Charleston to shop because of all the traffic, extremely limited parking, and the crowds. But today was a very pleasant outing.

As someone who frequents The City Market Grocery and Market Street Deli. I can tell you their food, and coffees are excellent. Their service is fast and friendly. Put them on your list for breakfast or lunch the next time you are at The Charleston City Market. You will not be disappointed!!!

Absolutely the best lunch and breakfast spot downtown Charleston. I love their club sandwich and Angus burger. The staff are also very welcoming. Hands down favorite spot whenever I’m downtown.

Hello! I am hoping that somebody can help me? I was at the market on Monday August 26th in the a.m.. It was either the last open air market or next to last open air market facing where the cruise ship was docking. The vendor was in the last booth on the left. Nice gentleman selling necklaces, earrings, and the most beautiful adjustable bracelets made with a beautiful glass type of stone. I believe the bracelets were maybe $20? He had blondish hair and was wearing glasses, and gave me his business card, but I have misplaced it and am very disappointed as I am on my way back to Ohio, and didn't make it back to the market to purchase a few before leaving for home. If anybody knows who I am referring to, could you please send me a message or his website? He has beautiful pieces, and I had my eye on both the orange and purple stone bracelets. Trying to contact him any help would be appreciated!
