Coach's Canteen

Ate there last night and the food was good until I got to the staples in my hotdog container. There was a bus girl there about 10 that clearly didn't know how to bus tables properly. She put the ketchup containers on the floor while bussing the table instead of walking like 20 steps to the counter. She also wiped the table with windex instead of a proper cleaner. The bus girl took up the entire entrance to Coach's while she bussed the table. The tables looked ok when they were all put back together, but the process to get there was ridiculous.

Wow, what a let down. Tried this place because I wanted to support a new business and it looked good. It was not. These places wonder why they’re not doing good and it’s because the service and food suck. Came in placed in order and cooks were MIA, so register person had to find them. Cook comes in and it just smells like they smoked the fattest bowl ever. Normally I would be okay with it because, hey maybe this person is about to whip up fire food, but nah, food sucked. You are better off going to jersey mikes or publix to get a sandwich. Food was over salted, luke warm, and just below average. Save yourself, time, and money, and do not come here.

Great experience with Coach's new expanded menu, now offering dinner service 2 nights a week. (More, please!) Food was great, nice selection of choices, and service provided by 2 young ladies could not have been more professional and friendly.
If you haven't tried their "Coach's After Dark" menu, you're missing out on a real treat. We can't wait to return.

This is the first and last time that I will be coming to this restaurant, services horrible, food was a mess/sloppy and cold, missing items… I ordered my food online so I didn’t have to wait and I still waited over a hour, people came in after me and still got there food before me… a complete mess, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The order was messed up from the beginning. I ordered a cheesesteak with cheese wiz instead of American. It came out with American cheese. I brought it back. The meat with American was pulled out and cheese wiz was added. I know this happened because there was still American cheese on the top/side of the roll and on meat in the roll.

The second part was an order of loaded fries - no chili. The fries came out with chili on them. I brought them back up. After waiting 30 minutes, we finally hear the cashier tell the cook she needed cheese fries - that was incorrect.

The whole floor was really sticky. It was so bad that the chairs were sticking to it and didn't slide.

We were so disappointed and didn't have time to get the meal corrected for the 3rd time. We were really excited to try them out last weekend. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend eating there.

What can I say...we've given Coach's numerous times. It's always a hit and miss. Sometimes they're perfect and reminds you of why you support local. Other times it's simply just frustrating. There's been times where I've contacted the manager about quality and other times I just charge it to the game, vowing to never return. This morning we ordered two touchdown breakfasts, went to go pick up and pay just to be told afterwards they're out of syrup. What's even more worse is when you don't have syrup at home either. Two touchdown breakfasts in the trash. No syrup, so-so pancakes, hard/overcooked sausage, unseasoned eggs and an okay frozen hash brown patty. Sorry to say that after several attempts we simply have to toss in the towel with Coach's. It was a good run when it was good but we're tired of wasting our money hoping that a change has been made only to be disappointed.

After the ownership changed, the customer service has been horrible. I went on my lunch break to get lunch and every single time I go in there this one lady has the worst attitude ever. Almost like she don't want to work but have to. Ask for a manager or the owner and she stated there's none and preceed to ignore me. Threw my receipt on the corner and walked off. Worst service ever. If I wasn't on my lunch break, this situation would've went differently. I won't be visiting this location ever again.
