After the ownership changed, the customer service has been horrible. I went on my lunch break to get lunch and every single time I go in there this one lady has the worst attitude ever. Almost like she don't want to work but have to. Ask for a manager or the owner and she stated there's none and preceed to ignore me. Threw my receipt on the corner and walked off. Worst service ever. If I wasn't on my lunch break, this situation would've went differently. I won't be visiting this location ever again.

I got the smash burger, hand cut fries, tots and a cookies and cream shake. Everything was delicious. I forgot to request extra pickles but I didn’t need to because there were actually enough☺️The fries were incredible. I would go just for them alone.The service was lovely. I think some of the other reviews are a bit harsh. They can’t really do anything about the size of their restaurant. The soft serve is dairy free. And that’s what causes it to be icy. Again not in their control. I found the prices to be very reasonable. And they have Mr.Pibb. I’ll definitely go back.

The food was ok. The restaurant itself was clean. Def small so if you have a large group, there may not be enough room for you.I moved to SC this summer and felt that almost all hospitality servers have been so kind. But the service we received today was some of the worst since having moved here. Obviously not a sit down restaurant but the woman behind the counter didn’t even greet us. We weren’t sure if she was ready to take our order because she didn’t even say one word to us. When we did ask a question she just seemed so annoyed and angry. Her interaction with her co-worker when he tried to ring up a customer was rude. We came here because of the amazing reviews. Had the woman behind the counter been nicer we would possibly consider coming back, but the just ok food and her nasty demeanor will not be bringing us back. If the woman behind the counter is not the owner, then whoever does own this establishment should really consider that her miserable attitude makes such a negative impact.

The attached is a picture that I took before I started eating. The white lettuce, the few strands of onion, and a pale tomato. I also had one piece of bacon, which appears to have been cooked a while back. Not crispy at all either. $4.50 for a small container of french fries... Those, however, were good and hot. I also noticed my feet stuck to the floor when I walked in.today I gave it it's second chance.
Good food. All bad for you but tasty nonetheless! Always get a dog or burger here when in town

This was quite literally one of the best burgers ever! The service was excellent and quick. The ambiance is of a cozy soda shop. The crinkle cut fries were amazing.Dietary restrictions: I have a tree nut allergy and they made sure to keep it safe for me!

Cool little spot we stumbled upon for breakfast after our son's Saturday basketball game. Loved the egg & cheese breakfast sandwich. You have your choice between 3 or 4 different breads. I tried a kaiser roll for the first time and next weekend I tried the Texas Toast. Both were yummy. Kids loved the fries. Will definitely stop again sometimes when we're in the area.Parking: There's plenty of parking in front. It's near a Publix which has a big parking lot as well if the lot in front is full.

10/10, definitely my new favorite spot. I got the cheeseburger, plain with extra cheese and crinkle fries. Honestly delicious. The service was excellent and quick! The ambiance is of an old cozy soda shop with delicious food.

My smashburger was outstanding!! The perfect sear!! We also ordered the Philly cheesesteak which was juicy and delicious!! So glad to have Coach's in our area!!
