The food here is amazing!! I had the blackened swordfish which was so good. The calamari starter is huge so bear this in mind if you have a smaller appetite. I hit this place ever time I’m in town and have never been disappointed.

If I could put 10/5 stars on every category I would! Coast Bar and Grill was spectacular. We were looking last minute and Tony Cuajunco was so accommodating and kind. We got the Caesar, mussels, calamari, and hush puppies and they were exceptionally delicious! Our waitress Lily was very sweet, and the live music by Ronnie Johnson was so engaging and fun! Will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed this restaurant. I was only in Charleston for 3 days. I had the swordfish and to say I loved it was an understatement. It was fantastic and I cleaned my plate. Which I rarely do. Atmosphere and service was great as well. So good service and atmosphere checked all boxes.

We got mussels for an appetizer, it was good. Ordered swordfish and all I could taste was the char from the grill. Not good at all. Atmosphere was fun. Servers are friendly and there was a live band playing cover songs.

Food was not up to par. Shrimp and grits were very bland, the crab stuffed flounder was WAY over seasoned and watery, the bread for the crab dip was way over done. All in all. Would not return. The staff was fine.
