Coastal Crust is a great local Italian restaurant. They have delicious pizzas and pasta! The pizzas are very creative. They have a large outdoor space that is great for families and large groups.

Nice place for a casual dinner with family! Food is great and reasonably priced. There is a nice outdoor area for kids to play while they wait for their food equipped with a few outdoor games.

Honestly, this is the best pizza on James Island (read better than Paisano's and FAM). I've eaten in once and take out twice, all three times pizza. All three times the pizza was on point. The arugala salad is delicious as well. The service is not blow your mind attentive, but they take good care of me each time I visit. I will definitely come for pizza again.

We came in as tourists looking for a local pizza place. It is clean and everyone was friendly. Our waitress started out strong, but after we got our food, she forgot about us and it wasn't crowded or busy. We had asked for a refill when she brought us our pizza. I watched her tend to 2 other tables while we were eating. When I asked for the check and a box, she finally brought a refill and the parmesan cheese that she had asked if we wanted when taking our order. It wasn't too much of an issue, but it's just one to be aware of. The pizza and bread appetizer tasted great though.

The pizza was so good! Crust really great favor. Got the 1/2 salad and sandwich and it was a big half portion. Really worth the money and fantastic favors!! Serves was wonderful too!!

Food was decent, but I've definitely had better. Iced tea, unsweetened, had no flavor. The service wasn't as good as you would think with the number of servers they had. The ceiling tiles at the rear of the dining room really need replaced.

Some of the most bafflingly awful pizza I've ever had. The crust was burnt but simultaneously floppy. Their bread service is falsely advertised as focaccia but it's actually just Italian bread. It was also burnt. The location is nice and the service is good so maybe if you drink enough you can get over how terrible the food is.

Been here multiple times. Good FLAVORFUL Pizza is hard to find in this area. Love this place for that. Great every time we come. Good quality too!

Great Neapolitan style pizza!

Has an awesome atmosphere with good service, but pizza was just average. Lacked flavor and crust not crisp. It was good, just not “i need to go back” pizza.

Visited here on 5/3/2025. We ate outside and didn’t go inside so I don’t know about the inside. Service was great until our food arrived, then we didn’t see out waitress anymore. Had to go in and ask for our check and boxes. Went here with 3 parties. Our food came out at different times. First order came out and the second about ten minutes later. About 15 minutes later we had all of our food on the table. Pizzas were OK, nothing that makes me want to come back.
