I am picky about my coffee. I like a little cream in it, so the coffee should hold up to the cream and still taste like coffee. The next thing is consistency. Evety time I get a cold brew it sholud be as good as the first time i tried your spot. I had coffee here Saturday morn while at Johns Island farmers market. Really liked theirs....hope they hold up.
