Owner is an exemplary example of the type of human you strive for your children to become. Got there at 10:15am and only had about 10 sandwiches left so that tells you something.

Fantastic sandwiches. A very unique sando with multiple ingredients and textures that burst in your mouth like a flavor explosion. It's really difficult to describe. Try one and you'll be hooked like me.

Cold Shoulder Gourmet isn’t just the best sandwich shop in Charleston, it’s a full-blown culinary experience disguised as a casual lunch spot. The owner Craig, is genuinely one of the nicest humans I’ve ever met, and watching him work the sandwich station is like watching Picasso paint… if Picasso had access to truffle cream cheese and fresh-baked focaccia.
Get the Spicy 🥵 with capicola, nduja, truffle cream cheese/hot sauce, arugula, and parmesan. If you’re lucky enough to catch it, it’s a religious experience. Run, don’t walk. 😋
