Cold Shoulder Gourmet isn’t just the best sandwich shop in Charleston, it’s a full-blown culinary experience disguised as a casual lunch spot. The owner Craig, is genuinely one of the nicest humans I’ve ever met, and watching him work the sandwich station is like watching Picasso paint… if Picasso had access to truffle cream cheese and fresh-baked focaccia.

Get the Spicy 🥵 with capicola, nduja, truffle cream cheese/hot sauce, arugula, and parmesan....

Amazing experience, even better sandwich. Craig was great company, and makes a hell of a sandwich. I had the Spicy Prosciutto and it was a flavor explosion. Easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

Will definitely be back sooner than later.

Absolutely the best sandwich I've ever had. If your having a bad day one bite will fix everything. If I could give 10 stars I would. The gentleman Craig who makes them is a professional at what he does
