Tried to place a pick-up order online. Everything went well online until I tried to speak to someone about the pick-up time. Well…they don’t speak English! Could not converse with me.

This place was fine. They have an atm and a coin machine which is nice. One of the washing machines I paid for was broken. The worker gave me replacement quarters to start the load in another machine, but there was no way to stop the cycle and unlock the machine. So I had to wait 23 minutes for the machine to finish its cycle just to start all over again in a different washer. 🙄 When I asked if I could get some laundry detergent to run the do-over wash (since I had used all of mine), I was told no. The worker told me I had to buy my own. Granted it was only $1.25 for the detergent at the dispenser. Poor customer service.

So awesome. Used the pickup and deliver service with wash and fold. They put a rush on it for me. Customer service was amazing. Uber drivers were both great. Could not recommend more if you are staying in the area and need a laundry service!

The service here is horrible they are constantly mixing things up, misplacing clothes, try to scam you out of your money, and are overall just not an organized establishment. I tried multiple times because it was the most convenient option but I will not be returning here for their services again.

Very clean facility. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Machines of varying sizes to match your load. Also will wash/dry your clothes for you. An easy walk from the boat docks.

Great service. We had been traveling for a few days and really needed to take care of our dirty laundry. They picked it up from our hotel in the evening and dropped it back off by the next morning. Couldn’t be easier.
