Solid coffee at a reasonable price which was surprising given it is located in Charleston Place. The iced latte was smooth and creamy and very enjoyable. My wife enjoyed the iced americano which I noticed they topped off with bottled Fiji water (wow). Service can be a bit slow but it's to be expected when your coffee is well made.

Darling coffee and dessert spot! Very kind and friendly staff and great service. I enjoyed a yummy warm matcha latte and my cousin enjoyed an oat milk latte with sugar free caramel that was wonderful. Beautiful and charming ambiance, would recommend. A bit on the pricier side since it's inside of an exclusive hotel but great experience!

Title says it all. This is the best place for centrally locating your self into the heart of Charleston. We did three days of walking through the city and seeing all the things there was too see. The amenities far surpassed our expectations, the rooms were bigger than I thought they be, the bathroom was immaculate. I could go on really for paragraphs but I've never had a hotel experience better than this and I've traveled for 25 years.

The location is great. The hotel is beautiful. The rooftop pool and adjacent area is very nice. The service was really good and all of the staff was very friendly. The room was very nice. The room and the hotel are very clean. The gym is above average. The hotel is very convenient to great restaurants, entertainment venues and historic sites.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. Hotel was pristine. Climate was very comfortable inside the building even though there was heat wave going on in the city, Highly recommend this gem! The bar was great and very comfortable, pool and spa immaculate, great restaurants and shopping close

Not a five star hotel. The service really lacking. Had to wait 20min to get a table for breakfast while there were many empty tables and probably only 15 people inside. The excuse was that they didn't want to put pressure on the kitchen!! We were also turned down on arrival for breakfast becuase they finish sitting at 10:45 am even though the restaurant should be open for breakfast till 11am. Didn't even let us sit down for a coffee. ?
Our stay in August at The Charleston Place was perfect. Every staff member was polite, friendly and very helpful when asked about anything to do in Charleston. We enjoyed the restuarants and room service in the hotel, as well as the pool and pool bar on the roof. The spa treaments were fabulous - better than I've ever had anyplace else. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to all the restuarants and most attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

Our third time at The Charleston Place. This hotel never disappoints. If you want an added treat, stay in one of their Club Level rooms. Well worth the upcharge with food and drinks offered all day. Our go-to Charleston hotel.

The Community Perk located in Charleston Place is a great place to get a quick drink when your on the run. The place has a very modern look with a very nice Nuova Simonelli Espresso Machine. The staff was quick and nice. They grounded the beans to order and did not disappoint with the drink(I got a Cappuccino). The drink was well balanced between espresso and milk. I feel this place is great for on the run but might need to work on its "sit down" atmosphere. In all great espresso but needs to work on its atmosphere.
