I work late nights and haven’t eaten all day. Cookout was the only place open close by. The food was terrible. I ordered the Double Cheeseburger tray and received a single with no cheese. The burger was also cold. My French fries were soggy and so was the onion rings. Ima need you guys to take more pride in your work…this was awful!
Worst cookout I’ve ever been to. The drive through attendant was the rudest worker I have dealt with ever. The food was incredibly mid and I could tell they did not care at all. I will never return to this cookout again and I hope the owners know this.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a chocolate malt. It tasted like vanilla and no trace of malt. There was also pieces of Styrofoam in the shake. 11Feb202. For sure the worst service I've ever had at a Cook out.
