Incredibly disappointed with this place. It’s extremely inconsistent and seems to depend entirely on whether the person working is in a decent mood, only then do you get good service and food. I came back a few times chasing that rare, in between moment when the food and shake were actually enjoyable. But those moments are far too rare. This place has real potential to be good, but something just feels off. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of proper training or if the employees aren’t being treated well, because they always seem irritated and annoyed that you’re even there.

i stopped going to Cook Out for awhile because the drive thru lines were always so long; however, over the past year or so, every time i come here the drive thru process has been blazing fast. in fact, the last 2 times i’ve been here, i don’t think i waited any longer than 5 min from getting in line to leaving with my food

After all it is a budget friendly place for a quick drive thru bite to eat. For some reason this location either is not provided bags for your food, or the chain has decided not to provide them. A bit difficult to keep your food trays and dipping sauces together without a bag. Thank Jesus they still have drink holders. Keeping it interesting

Girl in the drive thru (tonight July 15) was rude to the guy in front of me, then I asked for something extra crispy and she said “it would be burnt so no” told her I’m good and to be nice to people and she yelled have a good night. Don’t even trust that girl to give me food that wasn’t spit in. Fire her she’s worthless and trash for business

Wish these Cook Outs were dine in. Burger was good but portions of side was pitiful. (4 onion rings) Corn dog was good. But bill also didn’t add up but without being able to walk in, no use in disputing it.

My order was wrong, and I didn't realize it until i got home. I'm not 100% sure how taxes work, but my $8 tray was magically $11 flat. They don't itemize the receipts and are scimp with portions of sides.

Someone needs to fix the drive thru speakers. They literally hurt my ears and the order-taker couldn't hear me. But that's OK because they were out of ice (?!?!?) so we just left.

Our service was great, and the food was good, hot, and fresh. The outside tables are not great, they are kinda wobbly and the only umbrella is broken. But you can eat in your car as there was plenty of parking

The food was good and speedy. Edited review Avoid this place at all cost. After getting scolded at the drive thru window for ordering a two strip jr tray for my child when they don't offer it anymore even tho it was on their menu and only getting two cheese bites for my side I will go elsewhere from now on.

My new favorite fast food place! Tried them on vac and went back multiple times before our trip was over. BBQ pork sandwich fantastic, same with chicken sandwiches. Cheaper than the usual fast food places too. Pls come to Ohio!
