Costco, West Ashley, is a great place to shop for both business and personal items. Office supplies, audio/visual equipment, seasonal items, bulk groceries, pharmaceuticals, an optical shop with available Optometrist...and car car. The place is typically crowded except for late in the day, and I find it best to shop mid-week. Great selection of fresh meats & seafood, as well as prepared items. Beer, wine and a liquor store to boot. The snack bar is still available but you must "take out" your purchase for consumption due to COVID reduction efforts, but still a real bargain. Other COVID precautions in place include required masks, frequent sanitizer use, and glove use by employees.

This review is for the Tire Center Department: I forgot the managers name in the tire center dept but he was absolutely great! I drove down from Savannah and I explained my situation and he was so accommodating and took care of it immediately. I was very satisfied with my experience because of how great his customer service skills. If you're reading this, thank you again for helping me out, I genuinely appreciate it. PS @costco: this manager deserves a bonus

Love this store clean, everyone is wearing masks and they wipes carts once they are returned. If I needed assistance they are always very helpful. Waiting on my reward check that I enjoy getting

Try to go first thing in the morning or right before they close. Never on a weekend because it’s a zoo. Convenient location in West Ashley Town Center between I-526 & Savannah Highway @ Sam Rittenberg

Ordered tires online go no update for days. Went into Costco a week later and they told me my tires would be in in two days. I had to work that day so I was told they were open Sunday.. Tried to drop my car off today only to be told that the tires are not in and they will call me when they get in. Will they? They haven't called or emailed so far. Been a Costco executive member since 2005. This may have done it for me. Apathetic customer service at best.

Costco consistently has the items I need to make family meals, throw parties and for my kids' apartment and dorm room. I even found a warm down jacket.

Costco is fabulous! The key is to try and go on a weekday night after work. Saturdays and Sundays are packed. Produce, dairy, frozen foods, beer, and wine are my favorite deals to shop in Costco. Gas prices are great. If you see something you like at Costco, snatch it up then, because inventory is always changing. I'd recommend paying the extra $60/year to become an executive member. The refund check I receive always pays for my entire membership and then some.
Costco Wholesale on Ashley Town Center Drive in West Ashley is a well managed Costco location that has everything you need in a Costco and more. The store is well organized and even when it is very busy it is easy to navigate and get exactly what you need. The staff here is very efficient and is available to help you if you need it. I have had a good experience shopping every time I have been here.

The worst customer service - Employees are trained to mistreat customers with health issues (big discrimination right there ) . I will be contacting the media about these issues and show proof of the horrible treatment my husband received .
