Costco Food Court

Took 40min to get my two pizzas. After multiple other orders were filled before mines.

Tyrone is a star on the Costco team! Superb service from him especially! He was kind, efficient, and worked hard to make sure everyone’s order was straight. He’s an asset to the team and I hope they know it!

Rude staff- No Electric wheelchairs available- dirty female bathroom

New roast beef sammy added. Tasted much better than I expected and was nice and big! but took them 5+ minutes to make with practically no line and you can get 6 dogs and sodas for the same price.Should be a 6-7$ sandwhich not 10.

I love Costco and it’s pizzas. My family owns a business and we get A LOT of whole pizzas very very often. I haven’t had an issue before until now.Because of the frequency we buy pizzas, I understand they require at least 20 min to get them ready.I ordered at the kiosk and went inside the store to kill some time just to wait for the pizza, i bought a lot of unnecessary things and after 25 min I went to pick it up.The attendant lady told me to wait and she would call me when my order were ready. I said ok. 5-8 min after, she looked at me exasperated and told me to go to my car and put my stuff down and come back bc my order would take 15 min! Omg!I told her that my order was placed 25 min ago and I was just expecting for it to be ready by then.She said she would check up to the pizza counter. And yeah, of course my pizza was sitting there. She grabbed the box and tossed at me and walked away. No apology of any kind whatsoever.I will continue buying pizzas no matter what, but the Costumer service needs to be checked out!

I delivered a refrigerated trailer full of perishables...didn't shop. Area really clean, store looks very inviting.

Try to go first thing in the morning or right before they close. Never on a weekend because it’s a zoo. Convenient location in West Ashley Town Center between I-526 & Savannah Highway @ Sam Rittenberg

The worst customer service - Employees are trained to mistreat customers with health issues (big discrimination right there ) . I will be contacting the media about these issues and show proof of the horrible treatment my husband received .

I was told by 4 different employees that a person with a disability could not enter the store during the special hours set up for people 60 and older and people with disabilities...
