Stopped by here to buy some fresh seafood to take home and was a little disappointed about two things. First, food trucks were supposed to be open on that day and I found them not to be and I really wanted to try some fresh fish tacos and second, even though I knew it was a fresh seafood market the smell was ridiculously bad. Perhaps some high volume fans might take care of that. However, stinky or not I would definitely return. As Always, Enjoy!
Crosby's is famous for more than their iconic pocketed t-shirts that signal to all that wear them they are for local families running a kick ass business. They also sell the best seafood in Charleston that unload their catches directly out back on the pier. No one beats Crosbys freshness!!
The place like a little seedy looking outside, but inside was very pleasant. The options were plentiful, they had very large crabs male crabs. The prices weren't bad and the staff were friendly, helpful and parang as well. I don't live in SC, but my sis and her family will visit again.
