We had the standard hash w and ordered the fruit compote on the side to go on the toast - YUM!!! They were able to make it w/o cheese and it was still so delicious! Enough for two of us to share for breakfast. The iced latte was perfect on a sunny day!

Visiting from indiana!! they were super kind and helpful when we got here, the coffee and food is delicious! i will come back before i head home đ€ itâs super beautiful and has outdoor seating with plants!! the music is also really good!
Came for the breakfast burritos, claimed to be the best in Charleston. It was good, but definitely needed something else to take it to excellent. Ingredients tasted very fresh, loved that. The burrito was advertised as having chorizo in it but I couldn't find any chorizo in it??? There were a hefty amount of fried potato hash in it, and don't get me wrong I LOVE potato hash, but it was cooked just too far to make it dry. The hatch green Chile sauce provided was excellent but it still could've used something else to bring it all together. I loved the cozy vibe. It felt like a place where all were welcome and where locals and tourists meet. My fave.
The big meaty hash and breakfast burrito were on point. Staff were all super nice despite the place being packed.

âIf youâre looking for a great breakfast spot, let me tell youâDaps Breakfast Spot is where itâs at! I stopped by recently and had their breakfast burrito, and let me just say, it did not disappoint. Packed with all the good stuff, it was the perfect way to start the day.
The atmosphere at Daps is just as great as the foodâwelcoming, laid-back, and a place youâll want to keep coming back to. Whether youâre a local or just passing through, this spot is a must-try. Highly recommend!â

Wasn't prepared for the local corner coffee shop vibe with limited indoor seating on a rainy day, but what a gem! Food was great, and the mimosas where exactly what this old bartender wants in a high-quality beverage.

I usually donât write reviews, but I ordered the french toast, the description of which reads, âhouse-made berry bread, griddled in fruity pebble batter, topped with cereal milk glaze.â I got this a few years ago, and it was something like the picture featured above, doctored up with a bunch of icing and fruity pebbles. When I went to pickup my order, I realized it was just regular, plain french toast that didnât match this description at all. I went back to the restaurant, and the man was very nice about it, but he said the french toast I was expecting was something they must have had a while ago, and they only have one kind of french toast now. If this is the case, they need to update their online menu, because I would not have ordered the french toast if Iâd known theyâd changed it to regular french toast. If youâre ordering online, donât order the french toast!

Everything about our trip to Daps was incredible. The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. I had the breakfast sandwich on some kind of amazing bread. I have never felt more strongly about something. I think this is the first and only review I have ever written about anything. This was the best sandwich I have ever eaten. I know it will haunt me as we were only in town for a visit. If you are in Charleston, you must give this place a try.

I had the breakfast plate this morning and I have been ill all day⊠the potato hash was literally just raw potato. I hate to leave a bad review on a small business, everyone works hard but for the price I really expected better⊠at least not to feel sick. Food came out super quick but Iâd rather wait for a fully cooked meal. There was a hair in my eggs and an eyelash on my bfs plate as well which werenât a big deal but I have to be honest. Theyâre things that can be improved tho! Rooting for this place as it is cute! If youâre a foodie this might not be the best spot.
