Their cinnamon roll is very good. Unfortunately the chai is almost straight milk & my sandwich was pretty burnt. I know they just opened up so I'm down to give them another shot in the future and maybe try something different from their menu.
I would also love to see the website menu get updated with food descriptions.

I've been here 3 times since they had their grand opening last week and it's such a cute little surf shop vibe! The food is outstanding - I've gotten the breakfast burritos and the salad and they were both so good! It's an also a great place to get some work in too :) Can't wait to go back and I'm so glad that JI now has a spot like this!

Please I am begging you, why the torani syrups???? And pouring it in the glass bottle to deceive us 💔 I will literally come in and make the coffee syrups myself! No lie! throw all the torani in the trash, pronto! At least have the humility to display the torani in its original plastic bottles so as to not fool the general population.
New favorite coffee& burrito spot! Coffee is excellent and food is fresh and full of flavor. The owners are incredibly personable and welcoming. Great place to relax have your morning coffee or study/work remotely. We will definitely be back!

A new coffeehouse with laidback beach vibes and exceptionally good food. Tried the fish burrito and the chicken burrito and both were fantastic, especially the fish burrito. I don’t say this lightly but their banana bread is one of the best slices I’ve ever had. Thoroughly impressed and will be frequenting this place often.
