i got strawberry milk tea with tapioca, and pork dumplings. the milk tea was super good, not too sweet and very fruity. it’s nice that it’s customizable. it was a bit of a wait for the dumplings, but it was so worth it! the dumplings were perfect. super juicy and tender meat with a delicate flavour. the wrapping was perfect, super soft but also nice and bouncy! the sauce on the side was very good as well, not sure what it is though. i come to this place every time i’m in charleston

The owners clearly see all the comments about poor customer service, yet nothing ever seems to change. I used to come here often and even recommended it to visiting friends and family, but not anymore. The quality is good, but the staff desperately needs serious improvement. It’s hard to justify spending money somewhere where the staff is consistently unfriendly and unkind.

Had the Tofu Banh Mi sandwich and it’s was absolutely delicious. The tofu was full of flavor. The vegetable ingredients were fresh and the basil was crisp. The bread was so warm and had a beautiful crunch on the outside and was soft on the inside with crispy edges. Delicious and well made sandwich. My bestie had their brown sugar boba with extra boba and they were very generous with the extra boba. She also had the lemongrass chicken banh mi sandwich and enjoyed hers as well. Will definitely be back! 💕

The food here is amazing! Especially their pho. But the reason I am giving this place one star is because of this lady in the picture. Either she is part of ownership or a manager But she sat at this table on her phone and told the young man behind the register who was busy assisting a party of eight With their order no When he politely asked her if She could clear the table beside me. So the young man cleared it himself while juggling making drinks, taking orders and serving plates. Mind you she just sat there. To the young man who worked at lunchtime 8/14, good job. To the lady in the photo, do better!
