“This morning I realized the order I placed last week for today’s activity was not the closest store to where I was. When I called to see if there was anyway that I could get my order transferred to the closer store Christine said no problem. She placed me on a short hold, called the store and made it happen. This took a big burden off of me since I was concerned about getting to her store and back in time for the short lunch period that we had. That is true customer service since she lost a sale in the process. Next time I am over that way I will definitely go to her store without any hesitation.“
“I went and picked up my order after ordering online and when I got home I realized I had only pepperoni on my meatza. Which is supposed to have a bunch of meat on it. Of course I have someone here getting hangry at me so I called the store and mr.devon answered with a bit of aggravation I asked why my pizza only had pepperoni on it. With a cool level head this fella goes to explaining when we ordered we for some reason took all the meat off and had nothing but extra pepperoni on it. Im In disbelief amd he tells me to look at the receipt and too my astonishment he was right! We had somehow ordered the pizza wrong. Mr Devon expertly explained that a refund was out of the question (which i wouldn't have asked for) but what he could do was remake the pizza with the corrected ingredients. Have to say that I'm truly grateful that he answered the phone. Now I get another chance to escape this hungry hippo beside me and I don't have to spend another 20 bucks! I really appreciate this store and the way they handled this situation. Thankful to Devon and his crew.“
“I ordered carry out. When I was asked for my last name. The young man handed me mybtwo pizzas and walked away. Then came back and what? I said I had two drink as well. He snatched up the receipt and walked away. Came back with the drinks and walked away. I said sure can I please have a couple plates and napkins. He rolled his eyes and got them. Zero customer service skills. Zero desire to help. Shouldn't be infront of the public with this attitude.“
“Would like to thank the crew who was working tonight around 10 pm who went above and beyond to make sure I was able to receive my meal. Im a trucker and sometimes it is hard to find a decent meal let alone get it delivered somewhere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Domino's is lucky to have employees like them. I believe the guys name was Chris“
