If I could give it negative stars, I would. My pizza was room temperature and I was missing my sprite and dipping sauces. I called the store to get a refund for my sprite and dipping sauces and the rudest manager told me she couldn’t refund me but she would send someone back out then she just hung up. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Pizza was cooked to long cheese burnt dried out to crunchy first time going there .I called back I think they think I was lying but I don't do that .but she was trying to say that she don't know how the pizza was like that I told her ur ovens are up to high .but she gave a credit tho ..but like I told her I'm not trying to get anything free I can send her the picture.

Delivery driver attitude is unacceptable, I called to get his name also spoke to a manger she wouldn’t give me her name at all. I spend great money here and will NEVER AGAIN!!! Retrain these people or hire more that wants to be a representation of Dominos!! Remember no one forced you ALL to apply to this job.
Pizza was cold when delivered. Hardly any cheese , even though we ordered Extra Cheese!
Wings were pretty good.
Gave us the wrong salad dressing.

I ordered carry out. When I was asked for my last name. The young man handed me mybtwo pizzas and walked away. Then came back and what? I said I had two drink as well. He snatched up the receipt and walked away. Came back with the drinks and walked away. I said sure can I please have a couple plates and napkins. He rolled his eyes and got them. Zero customer service skills. Zero desire to help. Shouldn't be infront of the public with this attitude.

Thin crust burned up pizza . Hardly any sauce or cheese. Don't waste time, money or coupon at this location. Manager could careless too!!

I definitely couldn’t do 0! I use to love this place when first moving to Charleston but last few months it has been the worst! Had a delivery driver wrote their own 20 tip in when I gave them a cash tip! Then a few weeks later they messed my order up majorly keep sending didn’t orders still not right ended up with like 6 pizzas that weren’t right just gave them to the neighborhood kids! Said I’ll try them once more today they screwed my order up an order over $60 and they ain’t send the right amount of wings no sauces for the twist or stuffed bread I ordered pepperoni got plain! Then said they would correct it after calling to let them know they didn’t! Would think they would adjust orders when they mess up to fit what they send! No way I spent $20+ for 6 dang wings heck they don’t even serve 6 wings it’s 8, 16, and 32! Sad though cause i literally spend money here at least 3 to 4 times a month! I seriously don’t think I’ll ever use them again cause they are like the worst in Charleston at this point and I’m new here so to have to do a bad review when new to the area for a restaurant leads me to believe they probably have been having issues.

Deserves negative stars. Order was completely messed up and employees lied when called about it. Offered $0.25 to correct the issue. They were very irritated when asked to deliver the correct order instead. Their own manager and Corporate didn’t even respond. I would recommend anyone else in the Charleston area if you want your correct order, hot food, and a company that won’t lie to get out of work.

They have the worst customer service ever
Ordered through the app, and it said it was done. Lo and behold when I got to the restaurant they said that my pizza was not ready (by not ready they didn’t even start making it). I then proceeded to wait 30 mins for a single pizza all so they could inflate their stats in the app… What’s the point of having the app if you can’t even order through it.
