Ordered through the app, and it said it was done. Lo and behold when I got to the restaurant they said that my pizza was not ready (by not ready they didn’t even start making it). I then proceeded to wait 30 mins for a single pizza all so they could inflate their stats in the app… What’s the point of having the app if you can’t even order through it.

Literally the worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from. They constantly get your order wrong or don’t show up for hours or deliver to wrong place. When you call to get help they are extremely rude and hang up on you. Do not recommend wasting your money at this establishment.

I ordered from the 6.99 menu. Ordered pizza and cinnamon twist. Pizza was good and when I opened my twist. They gave me Parm bites. Of course they were closed and when I called next day they were talking about giving me a credit instead of money back. Because my bill for 2 items and a 2 litre should of been no more than 25 dollars with delivery charge. That's being generous! My bill was $45 and I tipped her 5 more dollars. I didn't realize there mistake until I went for dessert. Only to see the items I dislike the most in the box. Smh!

Ordered delivery, arrived later than expected. Missing items in order and delivery was marked as completed before arriving. Food was room temperature and lacked a good portion size.

The worst orders a pizza on a Friday of last week for delivery on Monday of next week with a specific time of 12..no pizza as of 1:35 Monday the worst dominos. Was told they also don’t go in time order for their orders so if you pre order something you can and will by pushed to the back of the line. Never again. Glad I didn’t prepay!!!

I knew I shouldn't have ordered, but wanted to give them another chance. They have consistently proved themselves to be deceitful. This is not the first time this has happened, but it is the most recent.
I ordered a pizza at 6:15 and was quoted a delivery time between 18-29 minutes. At 7:15 I received a notification that the pizza had been delivered--late, but not a big deal. I go downstairs and there's no food to be found. The doorman says he saw the dominos car pull up and then leave without getting out of the car. My order was marked as DELIVERED! They do this in their system to not get in trouble with dominos corporate, I'm sure.
I call the store and explain the situation--they hang up. I call again and they tell me the pizza will be delivered in 8 minutes. She said it was a mix up and the driver took the wrong order when he left the store. Again, not a big deal, mistakes happen.
I wait by the door for 30 minutes and still no delivery. I call the store 7 times with no answer. They answer on the eighth call. They tell me that my order left the store at 6:50 and say it's a LIE when I say that the previous employee told me it would be here in 8 minutes. Not sure if she was saying that I was a liar or that the employee was--either way, not a good look.
What I think happened: The driver stole my food for themselves, marked it as delivered, and thought they could get away with it by ignoring my calls.
It's now 8:00 PM and still no food or clear answer on when I should expect it. Things happen, people make mistakes, but some transparency would be great. Whoever owns this franchise needs to figure this out. It's actually ridiculous.
