Dominos pizza is best if you like sweeter sauce for a pizza. That said, if you do, Domino's rarely misses. The in-app coupons are amazing as well. This specific dominos is one I go to frequently,and the stuffed crust pizza there is some of the best Ive ever had.

Let me start out by first explaining that I’m an over explainer I have attention to detail, and if this review ends up being very long, it’s just because I wanted to make it known that the review is not to discredit the store or part of its employees, but I have been visiting Charleston for a week now And I’m a very picky eater. My mother says that I’m like a six-year-old I eat chicken nuggets, pizza, and grilled cheese so I’ve had Domino’s already three times since I’ve been here first two times we’re both delivery. They went great. The first time I was greeted by a very nice polite, young man Who wouldn’t surprise me if he came from a military background or military family He was quiet, humble & polite. He was their ahead of schedule and neatly dressed second delivery was also very punctual, polite, presentation was on point She Seemed to have a very positive attitude she portrayed to the people she comes into contact with from day to day Short stature couldn’t be any taller then a few inches over 5 foot they both received a appreciative thank you and a 5$ tip. Then tonight I had to Go get some dogfood because I had onli gotten a very small bag before my arrival into Charleston last week so while out and about trying to find my way around what to me is a very new place. I became hungry and drove past the same Dominos I had previously gotten the first two Deliveries from with a good experience both times. So I decided what better choice would I come across . Parked my car walked in. First realization I had I could see 3 employees but only one of them was doing anything or should I say everything at the counter then on the phone then boxing a pie for a upcoming delivery then back to the counter to take another order. Off to the side stood the two other employees speaking very loudly of a encounter one of them had had the previous night which I feel like I should not even repeat on the review so I’m going to go into much much less detail then what I actually overheard. Let’s just Say it involved a man She was proudly boasting about meeting for the first time. Details about including a very Adult Experience in which took place including mentions of toys and glue and things I will never be able to unsee the metal images from what I had been overhearing. It was not only myself Who overheard this loud, belligerent unprofessional, uncalled for recollection of last nights events completely lacking any and all self respect or dignity for that matter. Only later when I explained this to my girlfriend who I am visiting who is born and raised in Charleston whome I met while traveling from place to place with my previous employment . The Porn Star behind he counter went to school with my friend and is actually the manager in charge of the rest of the staff at the establishment her name starts with the letter k and ends with the letter i just so if their is more then one manager someone unintentionally get blamed who’s not involved her and my friend had went to grade school and then high school together so she was quite certain of who it was but the girl at the very least need to be demoted or step down from her management position and re schooled on professional procedures during any employment anywhere it is never ok to speak freely and in the manner which she was speaking. The things which she said will be burned in my mind and the 60 or 70 year old couples, as well as the young couple with the very young children who were also witness to this conversation same as myself for the rest of my existence. It was just disgusting the way she spoke and the girl who it was being spoken to was not much better but at least not in charge either. Something needs to definitely be done about the behaviors of the lead staff of this establishment and their lack of their own self respect to say the least. Their behaviors are inexcusable and unacceptable and unprofessional and simply put Disgusting it’s dominos not free lap dance night at the local pleasure dome !!

I only had a smoothie all day. I waited until 10pm to get something to eat. Found out when I went to pick up my pizza. I am at the wrong location. Smh. Krissy the GM was there. We laughed at the situation. She ended up taking care of me. God bless you. I noticed the front of the store and their cooking area was very clean. The quality of the pizza was good compared to others I’ve had from Dominos. I was surprised. Thank you again.
I placed a $150 order for a party I was having with my family. The food was over an hour late. And then was delivered to the wrong place. I also tipped $30 on the order. When I called the store, I was never able to reach a live person. I saw the food delivered to the apartment across from me. I never received my order.. However, I know I never received my order and it’s pretty funny that apartment across from me got eight pizzas, which is exactly what I ordered at the same time. The lack of communication and answering the phone and burning through 180 bucks is pretty horrible. I am also a Dominos stock holder with stock options. We usually do not promote that when leaving reviews. Because we want the company to do well. But this was just absolutely outrageous and I do want this reported. I will be reporting this to corporate and I am just so appalled by the way, I was treated this night.
If I am treated this way locally. I cannot imagine the way that everyone is also treated locally. Everyone is trying so hard to keep retail customers. And someone that just spent nearly $200 is treated this way. And is also a stockholder. I am just at a loss for words. And I will be following up with the local franchise and corporate through my connections.
James Island Dominos if you want to continue to operate, you must do better. You cannot leave your customers stranded and with no respect and not answering the phones. I am so sad that I have to leave this. I am just taken back by this horrific lack of quality or care for the customer.
I ended up spending over $300 and at a local pizza joint on James Island. The food was great. The service was excellent. I probably will now go back to here for pizza when I’m down here locally. And I will reconsider my place in this company.

Jesus,This place par cooks the popular pizza and then adds more toppings to it to try and save time…Every time you order a pizza it literally takes 5 mins to cook(Cus they sandbag them) then all the topping are loose because they don't bake it all together like you ordered and the toppings fall off…Not the first time i have noticed and will not be back.

The keep messaging up my pizza order and forgetting things. They said the food was delivered and there was nothing there so I called the store and some lady told me she checked in the driver so it wouldn't show a late delivery. Food showed up 15 min later and the pizza was cut so crazy it's like they are doing it on purpose
