Domino's Pizza

I have given this location many of chances 5 to be exact. Can't seem to get a simple order right. Well done pizza how hard is it? Instead I get undercooked pizza. Each time I order i spend 50 plus dollars. Not cool at all... Just a couple of pepperonis but crap load of pineapples... Is there pepperoni shortage here?? Then center of all my pizzas are raw... When yall fix the issue let me know. Until then Pizza Hut it is..

There’s this same delivery driver who always throws the receipt out in front of the door MULTIPLE TIMES when he doesn’t receive a tip, the next time it happens he’s going to hear from me, you don’t get tipped anymore because this isn’t the first second or third time you have done this. Don’t ask for our signature if you don’t keep the receipt.

Ordered delivery online. Food showed as delivered but didn’t arrive at my house. I called the store and talked to a rude woman who patronizingly argued with me that my order was still on its way even though it had been 20 minutes since I was notified of the driver pulling up. She finally called the driver, who confirmed that she had dropped at the wrong address. While the driver called me to apologize for her mistake, the Dominos staff member never apologized for the mistake, was snarky, and said, “You said to leave it at the door- that’s what she did!” I guess I expected it to be left at MY door. I’m in customer service and this is was not anywhere close. You need to do better or find someone who can.

We ordered a large cheese regular crust pizza & a large thin crust the works minus onions, but added banana peppers. I ordered one garlic butter sauce. When we picked it up we didn't know until we left that the garlic butter was open & leaked out all over one side of the works pizza & it wasn't cut all the way through. We had to use our own pizza cutter to finish cutting it. My daughter got garlic butter all over her & the cloth car seat. I spent $50 & now have to spend more to get garlic butter out of her clothes & off the car seat. The pizza was good, but for $50 it wasn't worth the mess.

Last time I'll ever order Pizza from this location. Yeah they have good deals but holy moly, spent $46 on pizza literally to get food poisoning from it and for the pizza to be cold and dry (I only live 5 mins away and it was a pickup order in which I was at the store before it was time to pick up). Literally don't go here, just get Pizza Hut on Ashley River, Pizza is always good there and I've never gotten sick.

Stay away! Horrible place , be careful from this location.Not respectful at all and they have ZERO manner, They canceled my order when it is ready in the store and while i was standing waiting for it and crazy lady (Manager) told me that she canceled the order and she flipped over yelling. She is nt stable and i feel bad for her, I asked her politely about her name or speaking to the manager and she refused to give me her name and she said that she is the manager and she decided to cancel the order.Never order or recommend from that location.

I have tried to get pizza from this location and wasted free pizzas so many times because they do not have anybody to deliver. I was just told my delivery was ordered and there is no pizza here I called the office and they just simply told me they can’t see where she’s at right now, I hate this

I found the coupon for a 2 medium 3 topping pizza online for a great cost. It was delivered to me in less than 20 minutes and tasted amazing. I’ve never left a review before but I felt like this customer service deserved it!

I have an Emergency pizza on my account that says it expires in 12 days, yet when I called today to use it I was told they don’t do the free pizzas anymore! Absolutely ridiculous!
