The music was too loud. The teenagers working here have a bad attitude. Don’t try to customize your drink in any way; they will tell you no. Which is immediately off-putting. The coffee is bad; the caramel macchiato is not sweet and it doesn’t have enough ice. The donuts seem half cooked? Everything was disappointing taste wise. As others said the atmosphere is so tense. I wish I read the reviews first. Unfortunately the advertising for this place did not meet expectations. The whole experience felt very gimmicky. I wouldn’t go back and don’t recommend this place

Disgusting service. Horrible attitudes. Clearly don’t want to work. Ordered way in advance and they were 20 minutes late on the promised order time. Instead of saying sorry about the wait, she decided to have an attitude and tried to make it my fault. Showed a little aggression. Will tell my friends and colleagues to sear clear of this location.

I had ordered 2 dozen Halloween donuts from Krispy Kreme 2 days ago for my son’s birthday, when I went to pick them up this am they said they couldn’t do them. I can over to duck donuts and asked if they could on short notice make us 2 dozen Halloween donuts and it was no problem, had them done and ready to go in 10 minutes. Krispy Kreme is out- duck donuts you’re in!!
Thank yall so much for turning the morning around for us!

Wow. What a poor place to go to. Went in at 7:20 on a Wednesday. Was told after waiting 5 minutes that it would be 30 minutes to get 2 donuts. Very rude. Unbelievable. I will never go there or the new one in Summerville.

The food is fresh, hot, and delicious. I love the fact that you're able to see them make your food. The atmosphere is very laid back and the staff is very friendly. I will be returning.
