The food is fresh, hot, and delicious. I love the fact that you're able to see them make your food. The atmosphere is very laid back and the staff is very friendly. I will be returning.

Donāt get an iced latte unless you only want three ice cubes and a warm drink. Couldnāt taste any caramel. Didnāt bother getting my money back, went down the road and got Starbucks, need better training, thanks

I ordered 3 different types of donuts. None of which I can remember at the moment because I was too busy scarfing them down. The donuts were prepared right after I ordered and they were warm and delicious.

Order ahead I mean way ahead. Do not ever show up and order as you will wait for atleast 30 mins for donuts. Ordered ahead at 6:45 AM on Saturday and donuts were not ready as there was a massive order that backed up all orders. Duck may want to eliminate large orders on Saturday as it causes all others to have to wait for one order. Not ideal to say the least.

I have been to a few duck doughnut locations and am disappointed with this one. The service is incredibly slow, the doughnuts are sloppy, and the oil tastes old. I was most disappointed by an employeeās comment about my two year old son crying (whom I was actively helping and trying to stop by going outside). Have given this one multiple shots because we love duck donuts but these arenāt worth the trip.
