A comfortable place to sit and eat a warm donut and hot chocolate. The donuts were great. They are not like any I have had anywhere. The fact that I could choose my toppings and you can get 1 or a dozen or more donuts was great. I highly recommend this place. You are going to go back again and again. Just don't be on a diet because one is not enough.

I was introduced to Duck Donuts by my late husband. This was my second visit. These donuts are simply delicious. If I lived closer, I would probably end up there every day. The donuts are crispy, fluffy, and heavenly. My favorites (I have only tried a few) are the Chocolate Explosion, Cinnamon Bun, and the Smores donut. I recommend everybody trying Duck Donuts, you won't be disappointed!

Website said opened at 6:30, arrived and there was a handwritten sign posted saying that it opened at 8:30am- returned at 8:45am only one person working. Had to wait 45 minutes. (Would have left but had 2 kids with me) then a homeless person walked around asking for rides to downtown. This I was unacceptable and a huge disappointment. Duck donuts needed to get their act together.Parking: Easy

Over $5 for a vanilla latte which I get is pretty standard but it’s a bit much considering the coffee came prepackaged??? I saw the point of sales person unwrap the espresso pod from a prepackaged thing and put it in the puck and brew it. He also didn’t wash his hands between handling money from customers and making my drink… kinda gross..

Let me start off by saying I wish I would have written a review for them last year when I tried them for the first time! This place is absolutely amazing! Bought donuts for co-workers and they were a huge hit! I got the breakfast box and it was simply amazing! The manager was so friendly and you get to watch them make your donuts fresh and because they are cake donuts they are so super moist and delicious! Lisa gave me an awesome tip about microwaving then for 8 seconds if there were leftovers for the next day! They are getting ready to start their seasonal box of donuts which starts on Monday for St Patrick's Day! I've always been a Krispy Kreme kind of girl but Duck Donuts have won me over!!! Nothing says delicious as made to order donuts!

THESE warm donuts were so worth the drive!!!The menu had almost every donut you could think of, so it was difficult narrowing down which donut style I wanted so I got the half dozen and customized my topping and icings, to try. Overall, my trip to Duck Donuts was a success. Every donut I tasted was so soft and warm, given that they are freshly made right after you order. I have never had the encounter I had today. I placed an order online at 3:28. I received an email that it would be ready I'm 10 minutes. I arrive the rude worker who granted was working alone said she could not fill any online orders until she served everyone who walked in. I patiently waited over 30 mines while people came in way after me and she intentionally would not fix my order. Once she finally fixed it she threw the order on the table. I asked her name and she walked away. Someone finally came in but she bulled her not to answer my questions about what was her name and who was the manager. Travis.
