If you want to order from here you better not have anything planned afterwards because your entire day will be used up sitting in line waiting for your order to be done. Then your order will be wrong.

This place and the employees rocked! The drive thru and inside were crowded with customers and they took the time to be polite, paid attention to details and needs of everyone, all with a calm, friendly vibe!! They were hustling too, working as a team. They all deserve raises!!! ❤️

Check your receipt. They tend to charge you more than the listed price. When asked why, their answer is - the Compute does it, NOT me! No apologies from them. Bunch of crooks running the business. Check your receipts after your make your payment.

Used to be the best dunkin now the WORST dunkin i’ve ever been to and im a frequenter at dunkin. Stopped here after a beach trip at 10:15 placed a mobile order and pulled into the drive thru less than one minute after the order came through, finally got though the line and my french vanilla coffee with cream and sugar was close to black, i asked them if it had cream in it and the lady working the drive thru told me it was because i “took forever to get here” instead of just adding cream to it for me. Mind you, it was maybe 6 minutes after i’d placed it from waiting in line. Horrible customer service, I even tasted the coffee and it didn’t even taste like it had the french vanilla in it.

We ordered and got one thing at a time. The last item was a sausage biscuit. Plain and simple—you would think. I checked twice for it and still no luck. The third time I asked a different worker and she said “We’re doing an order. We’re busy!” That was pissy because we were already in the dining room and waiting for that one item before they started the other order. I told her we had already been waiting a while for it. They finally brought it to the counter in a bag but said nothing so we just took it. It was the sausage biscuit and it was burnt. Horrible service, horrible attitudes, meh food, and the radio was so loud you couldn’t talk to each other without shouting. I would go anywhere but the Folly Beach Dunkin!!

Don’t know why my simple mocha latte took 15 minutes when others with more complicated were served before I got mine and I’d ordered first. Very nice cashier, but that was too long, and even after seeing me there for that long, nobody checked if I’d been served. I guess mine got lost.

The girl behind the counter did not want to take my order. She said I had to use the kiosk. I said I did not want to (because if I wanted a job at dunkin' Doughnut, I would have applied for one). I don't understand these stores that want you to do the work and still pay for your food. This is why I don't use self check out. So because I did not want to use the kiosk, she made me wait, which I thought was horrible customer service. Luckily, one of the guys in that back that was preparing food took a minute to assist me. The key word is a minute. I will Never visit that location again.
