Don’t know why my simple mocha latte took 15 minutes when others with more complicated were served before I got mine and I’d ordered first. Very nice cashier, but that was too long, and even after seeing me there for that long, nobody checked if I’d been served. I guess mine got lost.

They didn't have what I ordered, after they took my money of course, so they tried to give me partial order of something much cheaper that I didn't want instead of just a refund.

I am leaving this review in hopes the upper management or owner of the franchise reads it. If your staff is overwhelmed with drive thru, walk in customers, and online orders please allow them to pause online orders if this is currently unavailable or punishable. I had a large online order that I waited for over 30 minutes on and was not given all items ordered. The customer was very unhappy. Allowing the employees to do this will keep your employees from being over worked, customers...
