This is how my drink was given to me I can not drink regular milk so I get oat milk. With me getting oat milk they will not fill up my drink. Absolutely horrible. Waste of money I should have just got a small, this very cheap and bad customer service. I pay 7.00 on this drink for it to be given to me like this. A manager or owner needs to contact me. This is just plan horrible.

This was my second time trying this location… Absolutely terrible all around! Yesterday, I went and spent $25 on a cup did not get the free coffee that is supposed to come with the purchase of one of their cups and then when I did get it, it was barely halfway full.. the manager heard me asking the employee if they could fill it the rest of the way (which I told them I would happily pay for them to do), the manager came over and asked what the problem was…and proceeded to tell me I needed to just talk to him (the manager) directly next time, don’t try and speak to the employees because they don’t know anything!! Today I went back to give them another chance.. I originally went thru the drive thru and then when I went inside (because my coffee was disgusting) they acted like I was bothering them…I asked them to please add another pump of swirl in my coffee and when she handed me the coffee back the ENTIRE outside of the cup had coffee dripping down the side and then when I asked for a new cup I got more attitude! When I went back out to my car I dumped my coffee from their cup into my personal Dunkin cup, it was full of coffee grinds which makes sense as to why it was so gross!!! They need to do some serious training on customer service and common courtesy Eewwww!!!

I come to this dunkin' donuts every single day and I get avocado toast and a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese everyday it cost me $7.71 however today I went there and they charged me $9.11 because they charged me for the cream cheese I told the lady I always pay $7.71 she ignored me and so they have now lost a customer I will go elsewhere for my food

I live right around the corner and frequent this Dunkin. I don’t think there is a single time that I haven’t been treated not only well, but incredibly. Every single person I’ve encountered has been kind, friendly, and complimentary. Occasionally they are out of cold brew but I don’t even mind because they make it their mission to find something I may enjoy in place of my typical drink. Also - fabulous salespeople. Thank you Dunkin family for always making my mornings!!!
