You need to take your listing off of Google because it keeps trying to send people there who are just driving around the city and I think you guys are fully aware it's impossible for a person to get to that store without going through TSA so take your listing off of Google

Went here asked for a energy drink and got a refresher šŸ¤”šŸ¤” was told that the engery drinks were made with sparkling water??? When do they mix energy drinks with water šŸ¤”šŸ¤”šŸ¤”ā€¦. So that was a waste of money.

I shop at all the Dunkin locations around Charleston. This one is by far the best. The customer service is excellent! If I can't figure out my app I get assistance and no grief for asking for less ice. I stopped going to Savannah Hwy. Thank you for kindness and knowing your policy's.

I bought 2........LITERALLY 2 doughnuts. I gave them a $20. I got the receipt and it cost me $15 it said. I went back and asked how much they are and I was told $1.99. I got back $4.02 back. I know what the receipt said before I threw it away. Someone must have pocketed or charged me for something else 😔😔😔😔

Very rude staff member. I am not one to complain - especially since I fly every single week through CHS and know it can be stressful being up so early. However, there is a better way to treat customers. I decided to go through Dunkin in the airport. I was the only one in line, so it wasn’t very busy. I asked for a Nitro Cold Brew - which is listed on the menu. The woman wearing pink for the morning shift on 9/19/2024 got very defensive and explained that the nitro is more potent and does not come with ice. I responded with, ā€œ OK Great! That is what I’m looking for. I’ll take the Nitro cold brew.ā€ She then responded, ā€œit doesn’t come with ice so do you want a cold brew or the nitro?ā€ I then stated again that I would take the nitro cold brew as listed on the menu. She then said, ā€œit doesn’t come with ice!ā€ When I responded with, ā€œis it not a cold brew like stated on the menu just without ice?ā€ She turned to her coworker and said, ā€œit isn’t hot - this lady isn’t listeningā€ and walked away from taking my order. The next coworker that came to take my order had no issue when I asked for the Nitro cold brew if they had it. Please see the picture of my Nitro Cold Brew with no ice. Not sure what the issue was, but she definitely was not the picture of customer service and was very rude.

Came in on 9/5 afternoon and ordered a latte. Coffee didn’t taste right and I get the same drink at least once a week. Kindly asked them to remake it-which is something I never do, and the staff was disgusted I had even asked. I had to talk them into it since the drink is overpriced to begin with. The attitudes surrounding this is absurd. Not asking for a free drink. Just asking for kindness to be spread.

This location needs to seriously readjust their staffing decisions. This morning around 8:30am we stopped by and we’re surprised to see that only one person was working. This one lady was taking orders and making everything herself. There was a very long line as you can imagine. She was very sweet but really seemed so tired. We asked her why she was alone and she told us that the other employee was taking their break. She also said she’s by herself often and that it’s okay. It was sad. It’s not okay. Do better Dunkin. This is way too much for one person.

I'm not much of a doughnut type of person anymore, but there’s other options for breakfast. The is adequate and will do if you haven't any other options. The matcha hot tea is great. The is usually quick and friendly.

Long line and very disorganized. They messed up our order, just further adding to the amount of time everything took. Apparently messed up someone else’s since they were giving away a free iced coffee they screwed up. This experience seems pretty standard for an airport though

Vegetarian options: Can find something vegetarian there. Don’t think there is any vegan but not sure.

Parking: Umm it’s in the airport near gates to board flights…

Employees were in a bad mood and so impolite. After waiting almost 10 minutes on the line I was told they couldn’t make hot latte and did not have an empanada. Didn’t even bother to suggest what they had available. Terrible customer experience.
