First time at Dutch Bros and I totally get the hype now. I ordered a cold latte with protein milk and sugar-free caramel, and it was really good. I love espresso and dark roast coffee, and this hit the spot. It was about $6.45, which feels pretty average for the big coffee chains.

What really stood out, though, was the vibe. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and genuinely happy—yes, happy. That kind of energy makes such a difference. The place was busy, but it still felt upbeat and welcoming.

I work from home and don’t go out for coffee often since I have a dark roast I love, but if I’m out and see a Dutch Bros, I’ll definitely stop again. Next time, I’m getting the same drink with an extra shot of espresso.

Total positive experience. Great service, menu totally explained. Suggestions made by
staff off of menu. Personal were experienced and friendly. As for the coffee, hands down now my favorite. Highly suggest , iced golden eagle, no sugar. 4 stars on food , not a big selection , but they are a coffee place.

I pulled up today kind of randomly and because I wanted to figure out what all the hype was around Dutch Bros Coffee. I now know why!!! It’s the people you have working there! When I tell you they brought me so much joy, I am not lying! There were 30+ young adults there working and they were ALL so happy and precious! One of them even asked me what my favorite animal was and drew me a golden retriever with wings on it! Not to mention the coffee was amazing. I left in the best mood and loved every minute of it. Job well done in hiring such a joy-filled group of kids! I can’t wait to come back!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my drink. I ordered the golden eagle, expecting a coffee flavor, but it had no coffee taste and tasted like pure creamer. The service and workers were incredibly friendly and efficient, but I wish the coffee had been better.

Dutch Bros. Is a much better alternative to Starbucks. They are fast & friendly. They have a much better selection of Sugar Free flavors & drinks.
They even have Sugar Free Cocoa, which is great as I don't actually like Coffee. 😂
